Updated Home on 2 Acres - 15 Minutes to Downtown Durango - Huge Deck w/ Views

Everything was really clean! The second bathroom didn’t maintain a consistent temperature for our daughter, but the main bath was really nicely updated. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to Durango. Overall a great place to stay.

Great deck with good views. Lots of space for our group - both inside and out. Very easy check in/check out process. It had everything we needed. The property does need a refresh - paint inside & stain on the deck. The property was clean but didn't sparkle because of this.

The beautiful windows along the back of the house were dirty with a haze. Rooms were clean, shower head in second bathroom upstairs was horrible and leaking. water temp fluctuates from when you set it to scolding hot, then cold and back. Garage door opener would be a nice feature or the code for the opener mounted outside.

The pictures for this property do not do it justice! Behind the home is a large open vista with a stunning valley and set of hills. The home is easily accessible, yet feels very private when you are there. The house came with great amenities and everything we needed for the bathrooms and kitchens. The property manager was extremely responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay here again!

PROS: Beds were comfy, furniture and decor was great and we also enjoyed the large selection of games and puzzles available. House was well appointed and views out the back deck were spectacular as well. We'd definitely stay here again. NOTE: If you plan to cook, there are no kitchen staples. I say this as an FYI as some homes we've stayed in have many basic items available in the kitchen (spices, tupperware, foil etc) and others do not, so you'll have to bring your own everything here. That being said they had plenty of plates, utensils, glasses mugs, cookware and great appliances. CONS: Please note that you cannot run two sources of water at the same time in this house as the pressure is not strong enough to keep up - but that was the only minor drawback.

Enjoyed the area hiking, biking, train to Silverton.

Great house but not managed as very well. Not clean, no hot water, no heat, couldn’t get in on time, check in time was very late, no instructions on how to use the TV remotes, dishes and silverware were dirty. The trash from the previous guests had been torn apart by a bear and was left for us to pick up. This unit was not managed properly at all.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptional…very clean!! Great neighborhood! Amenities were plentiful. The back porch was amazing. Please note that the refrigerator has a broken door shelf. We could not find pot holders. The water flow in the master shower was not very strong. Otherwise awesome property!!! Wildlife was amazing. We had a bear cub visit for over an hour enjoying the pears from your tree. Thank you for sharing your home! We appreciate it

This was really a beautiful property. My kids loved being outside and exploring and the decor inside was really pretty. Had a wonderful time!
