Updated Home in Vibrant Five Points Neighborhood - Walk to Downtown Denver

Very nice appartment in Five Points. Clean. Distance to walk from Downtown and RiNo.

Great location. Stayed for a week to help our son move to Denver; loved the walkability of the neighborhood.

Cool older house. Close enough to were we needed to be. Liked the aesthetic overall.

Great place! Nice location, convenient to walk to many restaurants, shopping and Coors Field. Clean house with all the necessities.

Loved having laundry available and the pkace was very clean... oh and both beds were so comfortable.I will be back to Denver and hope this place is avaible when I do.MaryBeth

The pros: there was a guest parking pass which made things much easier with parking, the space was overall clean and fine for what it was. The area felt safe, and we were able to walk to a nearby coffee shop each morning.The cons: House smelled musty as soon as we walked in. It was difficult to sleep with the smell and windows were taped shut so couldn’t open to air out the house. The doorknob to the bathroom was broken, kept falling out from the other side. There was an unsecured outlet, spiderwebs in the corners, and rugs that looked dirty. Throw pillows (obviously unwashed) were propped up against the clean bedroom pillows. The bed frames were made from cloth which isn’t hygienic. After reading all the incredible reviews, honestly a bit disappointing.

Everything was wonderful, only minor flaw was missing parking pass. Turned out was not a big problem as we were gone most of daytime hours. Would definitely use again. Within walking distance of majority of Denver places we like to go to as well as daughter's home..

I'm a repeat renter. Apartment is as advertised. TV somewhat a challenge for older renters. Would update instructions. Too many remotes. Great walking access to RINO restaurants. Parking not a problem.

Overall it was a nice spot. Other than not having the parking pass and the wifi connection available it was convenient for the confrence i attended.

This listing was exactly what we needed a d gave us a break from the city centre wuthout being too far. Very comfy and homey, would recommend!

Property well-equipped, quality furnishings, intriguing and attractive art pieces, excellent internet and streaming and convenient kitchen and washer-dryer, information and instructions from property manager was helpful and relevant, proper is located convenient to Five Points, Downtown, 16th Street Mall, had no problem with parking rental car, either directly in front or on side of house.

This little place is terrific! It was very clean and tidy and maintained a welcoming atmosphere. Myself and my guests were all very comfortable with the layout and loved the proximity to all that downtown has to offer while being in a quiet-ish neighborhood, The neighbors next door were super cool and pleasant to talk to. They had some really great recommendations as to local eateries, coffee shops, and they had some really great insight regarding the local venews. The property manager was communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

One suggestion for the management company-- make the codes on the door more random and perhaps 5 digits instead of 4.

We were pleasantly impressed by the VRBO… extremely clean, very comfortable and a great location for what we were doing.
