The kitchen had everything we needed. We hosted my son his girlfriend and her parents for xmas. We ordered food and heated it all up. There were plenty of utensils for everyone and the items needed to cook the food. The washer and dryed is always a huge plus.

Very clean and plenty of space for the kids and dog to play. Beds were all incredibly clean and comfortable!

This home was as pictured. Plenty of comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. The owner was easy to communicate with. The home is not in the best neighborhood. One of the nicer homes on the street. The brick steps on the entrance were not secured down. We had to remove them so my elderly father could safely navigate the steps - but, they were not safe for anyone. The sofa and rugs could use a steam clean.

The place clean and perfect for our needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable. As this was a work trip, that was the most important for us. The location was central for us and provided for a good nights sleep.

House was just right for our family of 6 adults. Host was responsive and offered recommendations for restaurants beyond the house's guidebook.

PRIMO! Nice house, quiet neighborhood. The beds! THE BEDS! Soooo comfortable! The only things missing are TVs in every room. The kitchen is well stocked, house is very cozy. Communication with host- second to none!

Solid little house, 7 of us stayed here, great place in the basement to stay up late and play pong and hang out, with out worry of keeping the neighborhood awake! Easy drive to anywhere.

Our last VRBO canceled less than 24 hrs before so we had to scramble to find a lace that would accommodate us. This place is not quite as updated as promised. The loaction was near stores and downtown but the yard is not 100% fenced. The host was quick to communicate but the thing that really turned us off was how many cockroaches we encountered!! In the kitchen caninet, on the counter, in the bathrooms... Would never return!!!

We came for the K3DE at the horse park and this property was the perfect distance between the horse park and some nice restaurants in the city. We all really like the house it was a nice size and very cute.

Convenient location, comfortable beds made for a pleasurable stay in Lexington! Over great house for our time there. Like Snoopy's dog house, looks small from outside, but pleanty of room for activities inside. Living room was perfect for relaxing after the days adventures in Kentucky.

This was a very comfortable place. Sleeps a lot comfortably. Four bedrooms can easily sleep 12. Only has 2 bathrooms however. Very convenient to UK and entertainment.

Property needs a thorough cleaning. Heat was left off so the house was 44 degrees when we arrived. Manager tried to help, even sent some cookies. They claimed they would refund the cleaning fee but never did.

We came to Lexington to visit our kids and grandkids. This home was perfect for our entire family, with plenty of spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, living room space. The internet is fast enough for all devices, we were able to cheer our favorite teams on to victory and we were able to have meals at the house which always makes it easier and economical. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary food equipment. With 7 adults and two infants, the bathrooms are nice, with plenty of bath towels and the water heated never ran out of hot water. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for our personal needs. Seth is a great communicator and was available at any time of the day, always ensuring our stay was going well! It was fun to stay in an older home which has been updated and well taken care of. The home is located in a quiet area, we felt safe to walk around. Thank you Seth for having this home and available for our use.

Property was as described. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that was as well supplied as this rental. Had an awesome stay.

I stayed here with a group of friends and family. The home was very accommodating for all of us. We needed more towels and the host promptly responded to take care of us. I would definitely stay here again.

We got together for a sibling reunion and it was a great place to stay with so many things to do and places to go close by. The host even shared some restaurants and and great ice cream place ?
