Stayed May 29, 2025We had a fantastic stay at the property. The rooms were all spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area was large enough, and the pool itself was great to cool off in. Great communication with Kellie, and will be returning next year!

Stayed May 1, 2025We had a group of 3 girlfriends escape to this property for 4 days of relaxation and it was absolutely perfect! The outside space was wonderful, the inside was spacious and nice, we were VERY happy with our stay, I would 100% go back! Thanks for having us!

Stayed Dec 30, 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The decorations throughout were a beach/coastal related theme, perfect for Florida! The screened in lanai and pool area were awesome. We spent nearly every day in the pool or on the lanai. The neighborhood is very nice, close to downtown, shopping, and a short drive to everything we needed. The neighbors were welcoming. Our host Kellie was quick to respond with any questions we had, and we had the pleasure of meeting her. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

Stayed Oct 26, 2022From the start Kellie was an excellent host for sure she made us feel just like we was at home if any problems came up she was very responsive! The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. I really can’t explain how great Kellie was especially under the circumstances that hurricane Ian had put her under! Thanks so much Kellie and we hope to see you again thanks for the hospitality and great time for our short stay! Cape Coral will make it past Ian in no time they will build back.

Stayed Aug 3, 2022The house is great we had a great time, the only thing is air conditioner can't be get it down no more than 73° during the day is ok but we like to sleep at least at 70° other tham that house is great and Kelly the host is amazing...

Stayed Apr 2, 2022We loved the house and especially the pool are and fenced in back yard for our dog! Very comfortable living and Kellie is very responsive! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral!
