Such a cute place with plenty of room for everyone! Beach access was just a short walk and Grayton dunes are just a short drive away! Clean place and responsive host.

We had a lovely time at Serenity by the Sea! The house was really big, giving the 4 of us plenty of room to spread out when we wanted. The kids loved the air hockey/ping pong table and the tvs in every room AND the HUGE pool! It was heated to a lovely temp and we spent hours in it every day. We also enjoyed the views from the crow's nest, and the super convenient and close private beach access. We even saw deer in the trees next to the house and a bald eagle flying overhead. All in all, it was a great stay!

Our group has stayed in various properties along 30A for the last 12 years (one week every summer). This certainly wasn't our favorite house, but we always have a great time and this year was no exception. Pros: not a bad walk to the beach. Large, private pool with lots of seating and shade. Enough parking for our three cars. Large decks with great furniture. Gas grill (that actually worked!) and even had an extra tank of propane. Updated bathrooms throughout. Updated kitchen appliances, cabinets and countertops. Two refrigerators/freezers. Two laundry areas. Bikes. A garage to put your beach stuff in overnight. Wonderful, quiet, peaceful neighborhood - we saw three deer one evening! Cons: Bugs (bugs in the downstairs area every day. Roaches on the main floor - one of which attempted to crawl on my wife's foot as she was drying her hair - that was fun). Cleanliness of the property could be better - cobwebs in areas that clearly haven't been touched in awhile. While the pool is great, the landscaping needs attention. It's hard to carry a plate of food from the grille through a jungle of palms and branches. While the kitchen was updated, how well it was stocked is another issue. There were no potholders, no potato peeler, or glass bakeware. The paint was peeling on the mixing bowls. There were two medium-sized skillets and third skillet that had no handle (you read that correctly). Try cooking a meal for 9 people with those dishes. A $200 trip to Walmart to get appropriate kitchenware for a house that sleeps 17 is needed.... The washing machine on the main level didn't work. 360 Blue was very responsive and said they'd get someone to fix it, but they never came. The ice maker doesn't work. The bottom dishwasher rack didn't have two wheels - that was fixed Thursday. Many stains on carpet, couch covers, etc. The central air on the bottom floor worked great. The central air on the main level struggled to maintain 75 degrees starting after lunch - it cooled down over the night. Two of the bedrooms on the main level were over 80 degrees and to the point of not being able to sleep comfortably (360 Blue was very responsive and offered to bring us fans, but this doesn't help the fact that the A/C isn't sized correctly for the main level). Try cooking a meal in the kitchen while it's 79 degrees. Is it worth the advertised price for a week in June? No, but we would certainly stay in this neighborhood again - just not this house.

House is as advertised and in good area. One problem - it’s managed by 360 Blue, which was unfortunately completely incompetent throughout the process. I asked for the pool to be heated three different times, in writing, in the 30 days before we arrived. Each time I was told it would be taken care of. When we arrived, the heater did not work. It took four days, multiple emails, and multiple phone calls to get it turned on. A manager would never speak to me. As compensation, they only agreed not to charge me for heat on the days we didn’t use. We only rented this house for the heated pool, so basically the trip was ruined. I would come back to this house if managed by someone else but I would never rent a house managed by 360 again. Not so much because the pool heater broke - that happens - but more because of their arrogance and lack of effort to make it right. Otherwise, nice house with good parking, etc. Very close walk to the beach.

We came to celebrate October birthdays with entire family! There were 13 of us! House is very comfortable / has great bedding / lots of beautiful outside spaces (also comfy) / plenty of fridges to store food and drinks. (Ice maker did not produce enough ice for us.) We also needed a cheese grater in kitchen and the bake ware needs to be replaced with new (there are rusted baking pans-). The parking is an issue - but we managed to squeeze our 5 vehicles in the driveway/ garage (parked cart in the yard/street by trash cans). We paid extra for heating the pool and glad we did since there was a red tide for some of the days we were there!

House next door was being built and shards of aluminum metal roof found in yard and in pool not safe with grand kids. Also found smoke detector in drawer apparently pulled off ceiling?

The house was lovely and accommodated our family very well. Lots of seating areas for our family to be together. The pool was large, exactly what we wanted. The air hockey table was a big hit with our grandkids. Loved the private beach access, a 5 minute walk from house. This was our first stay at Grayton Beach, we have stayed in Blue Mountain for several years. We really enjoyed the quietness of beach.A few things to note, the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived. Something was splashed on wall by the oven, Also there was a red sauce staining the grout and tile above the stove. All of the stainless steel appliances were smudgy and dirty looking, gave appearance of not being clean. Icemaker in the second floor laundry area did not work.My other concern was the cleaning of the pool In the middle of the week. They came to clean the pool late morning on Wednesday while we were in pool and then told us we had to stay out for several hours. Very concerning was one of the pool workers had a ankle gps cuff on.

Wow! This house is perfect and a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood, close to Grayton, Blue Mtn, Seaside and Watercolor, was a short walk to the beach, pool area is shaded with plenty of seating. We felt that the home owners thought of everything when designing this home. The only complaint that we had is the sitting area in the master bedroom didn’t cool very well. We had 3 families and everyone was comfortable with space. We would definitely rent this house or with 360 Blue again in the future.
