UPDATED Four Bedroom Sea Pines Home Close to the Beach w/ a Private Pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Word of caution- pool isn't heated and pretty cold- it doesn't get much sun back there. We were there during a cooler rainy week and just couldn't really get in. We had a couple of concerns and things were handled the following day. The stove was a little tricky to figure out but that only lasted the first day. More than enough dishes, glasses, silverware, pots/pans etc. 4 separate refrigerators for food and beverages. Lots of storage in the kitchen and 2 king bedrooms. No real storage except the closets in the 2 rooms joined by the bathroom. Overall we had a great stay!

Having great internet and roku devices on all TVs was an added plus, but the walkability to the beach and bike paths was the best.

We have been visiting the island for almost 10 years now and have stayed many different homes. This home is very cozy for a small family of 5 and pets. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was wonderful! The home was clean upon arrival and provided almost everything you needed for a week at the beach. Great location-Only about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach! Only issue we had was the Keurig did not work - we just went to the store and bought a cheap coffee maker for the week. Overall, very pleased with our stay and the booking from start to finish was very smooth! Would highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was in a great location, only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and was clean and comfortable. The best house in all our years of renting in Sea Pines. A couple of very minor items to note. The first is that the water pressure on the upper level showers were weak but the first level one is excellent so we took turns in that one. A word of warning to those visiting in the near future. There is construction directly next door and caddy corner across the street so noise was an issue a few times (but not enough to not rent here again). Finally, it would be helpful if the management company left a quick one pager on how to operate the TVs and stove - figured it out but I think it would be helpful to have it spelled out. Overall a great house that I would gladly rent again and recommend to all!!!

The screened-in porch was larger than we expected and was a relaxing spot to enjoy the beautiful setting without any bugs.Coastal Home & Villa provides consistent, responsive customer service. Due to multiple years of fantastic experiences with Coastal Home & Villa, we always plan to rent through them when traveling to HHI!

Check-in was a breeze & we truly appreciated that Coastal was able to allow us to check in a little early. The place was spotless, well stocked and comfortable, just as described. It was located very convenient to the beach and to South Beach. Very relaxing. Property Management was promptly attentive to a couple of issues that popped up on arrival. Coastal Home & Villa made our stay a lovely one once again!

Short walk to beach and bike ride to south beach marina. Would stay here again.

The management company responded to questions very quickly and were quite helpful. The property was spacious, extremely clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
