Updated Fayetteville Home < 2 Miles to UArk!

It was a great place to stay!

We stayed at this property with family for the Arkansas vs. Notre Dame football game and had a great experience. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood just a few miles from the University of Arkansas and conveniently close to Dickson Street. It was the perfect size for three couples, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glassware, and a coffee maker—everything we needed for our stay.

Quaint home in a quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect, so close to UArk to drop off our son off.

The house was nice and clean and we liked the way it had plenty of coffee mugs and other dishes in the kitchen. We also liked the Brita water filter in the fridge.

Cute little house. Kitchen well stocked. Didn’t realize that no bedrooms had an “en suite” bathroom, the description did not advertise one though.

In town w three teenagers for a weekend of youth sports. Property was clean and conveniently located to game locations in both Fayetteville and Springdale. Enjoyed our stay and experience much more than previous stays at area hotels for the same cost.

We really enjoyed our stay, and will be back! The house was surprisingly spacious, full of natural light, well appointed with every creature comfort we needed, and very nicely remodeled/decorated, and best of all clean! The neighborhood was fantastic, very quiet and walkable. Close proximity to the university and a nice walk to Wilson Park. Great vibes overall!

Super cool house with perfect location to downtown & Dickson St nightlife. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with easy access in & out. Highly recommended!!

We stayed for 3 nights. It was comfortable and clean and well appointed. Enjoyed our time there. Loved the neighborhood,. It was quiet and charming in many ways.

Visiting our child who is a student at U Ark and property was close to the university, her apartment, and restaurants and stores.

Loved staying here for our recent visit to Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas! Great location, well supplied and roomy for our family of 5 (parents and three adults/young adults). We will be back!
