It was very close to my in-laws home and my family of five were able to comfortably sleep and hang out a bit in their lovely home. The condos were quiet and the neighborhood was lovely.

Beautiful spot!

Property worked well for our needs. Though there was so much bedding in one of the closets that there wasn’t space to hang my clothes which was problematic, you might want to organize that space better. We appreciated the green space off the deck and enjoyed being able to play a yard game we’d brought along. Beds were comfortable as was the living room set.

Every thing was good but cleanliness. Also the screen door needs reppaired

They hosts were welcoming. Unit had everything adnn was exceptionally clean and neat. Would recommend to anyone.

We enjoy staying at the property for the convenient location and cleanliness. One area of improvement would be the TV instructions, allowing for use of live tv channels. We are not able to figure out how to work the TV.

Had a nice area out back to walk our dog.

We had the best weekend getaway with the family—cozy vibes, great fishing, and unforgettable karaoke nights. The perfect mix of relaxation and fun! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a fabulous time! We saw a great show at Grinder House, found a fab gluten free bakery for Pi day, ate at the Putnam Room in Cookeville and had coffee at the GOAT. The condo was perfect and close to everything!

We were visiting family for the holidays and needed the extra space. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra bedsheets. The area was very quiet and there's a nice Food City down the road for anything else you need.

This trip was to visit an older relative and we were looking for a great recliner and first-floor bathroom so one of us did not have to do stairs. Such a comfortable place and all we wanted was easy to find and use. I personally appreciated the cheerful Christmas accents and cozy extra blankets. Thank you to the hosts for those added luxuries we appreciated!

The condo really fit our needs. It was great that they allowed pets.

The space was over done with air freshener. It lingered for the 10 hours we were there. Beautiful area. We'll be back but won't stay here.

Townhouse was basically as expected; nothing fancy but met our needs for a one night stay. The fridge needs a deep clean and the shower head is very low. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean. Easy to access and parking is directly in front of door.

I really wish I could attach pictures. We got in the condo an hour early and started checking it out. Brought our suitcases in and wanted to unpack for our week. No dressers anywhere. Closets have a lot of junk in them so hanging space is limited. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher so not sure how everything is cleaned. Mismatched utensils. Inadequate cooking dishes. Again... wish I could attach pictures. Only TV is in the living room. Sheets on the bed didn't match. The bathroom had a used tube of toothpaste (no thank you). The shower head sits very low. Bath towels have definitely seen better days. There are mouse droppings in the cabinet. Mold on the vents. Water spots on ceiling. Dirty oven. Trash cans were lined with old grocery bags. Carbon monoxide detector was in a cabinet with batteries sitting next to it. We grabbed our suitcases and stayed at a hotel. Contacted the host to let her know we weren't staying. It was the 4th of July so we didn't hear back until the next day. I told her that nothing about her condo is acceptable and that we are now incurring another $800 to stay somewhere else. We really need the option to attach pictures.
