This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

    This house did accommodate the 10 people who were together saying there. The cleanliness was the biggest problem. The bed sheets were dirty with sand and hair in every bed. We washed sheets and had to make beds. The vacuum was broken so we were unable to clean the floors. The showers were full of hair and moldy. We all wore our shoes when taking a shower. The front and side of the house is a hazard. There are sewer pipes and a light post that are standing about 5 inched above the concrete. There were bricks and cement chunks laying all over the yard. I dumped a 10 gallon bucket of water that was breeding mosquitos. We brought our dog and the yard was unsuitable for him to walk around in. The neighbor kept coming to our door and telling us how to park our cars and how to put our trash out. The accommodations of the neighborhood were great.

    Nice big place for our group. Could have been a bit cleaner. There was hair left in shower, sand on floor and in 1 of the beds. Ants were plenty. But overall it was good

    If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood, then this is your spot. Located towards the north of the beach, it draws a lot less tourists. Convenient to restaurants and other stores. The house has had some renovations, but the living room furniture looks as if it was donated. The sofa looks dirty (b/c it is dirty) and the living room chairs need to be replaced. The amenities in the kitchen are nice. We used the oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster. You do however need to be cautious of the tiny ants. The neighborhood seems to be a combo of vacation renters and a place where retired people go to live. Great for taking walks and quick access to the park. If you are looking for quiet and safe, the location is great.

    Decent property! Spacious! TVs are only streaming….no cable! That was disappointing. Chairs in dining room were definitely wobbly and legs were weak/loose. Nice showers! Hot water in main bedroom with en-suite bath never really got hot. Other shower was terrific. Amazing neighborhood! Kitchen was big. Nice appliances. Front porch was great and enclosed but we were there over Christmas so it was cold and unheated! There are two units to heat. One in dining room and a Thermostat to heat bedrooms. We did not figure that out until day two. The first day was chilly in kitchen, LR and dining area. Definitely would consider renting again in this unit.

    We had 7 guests and it worked perfectly for us. The walk to the beach is very doable and it was very clean and modern. Friendly neighbors too!
