Updated, Cozy home- minutes to Tunnel Vision Trail!

Lovely home, neat, updated, clean. A hidden gem for sure!

The place was very clean, that bathrooms excellent, good kitchen, the living room furniture leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice clean house saw a couple of spiders and we were surprised to find there was a separate rental in the basement of the house you might mention that in description of the property. But all in all good place to stay

This vrbo was perfectly located and very comfortable -- we felt entirely welcome.The only suggestion I gave for the owner is to put lower wattage lightbulbs in the breakfast room chandelier and the nightstands in the primary bedroom. I felt like I was in Las Vegas! I unscrewed some of the chandelier's bulbs to make it less bright. Highly recommend.

House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable (only used one). Came to ride mt. bikes and the location was PERFECT!!!!! Three minutes to the Tunnel Vision trail from the house on the bikes... That was great!!! Excellent stay overall. Two things to improve upon: a pepper shaker would be nice (salt shaker was there) and oh my gosh, get new dining room table chairs!!!! I don't think anyone could possibly find these comfortable! the wicker seat tops are badly stretched out and all you can feel is the middle support bar pushing against your tailbone. Only one of the 4 chairs is even remotely useable. Would definitely stay again with different chairs.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, spacious, and well equipped for what we needed. The check in process was well communicated and easy. While there we experienced a power outage due to a lightning strike and Chelsea worked with us and the power company to get the lights back on as quickly as possible. We would stay here again.

Extremely nice, brought back lots of memories. I used to live in Bella Vista 43 years ago. Traveling a lot so only evenings at the house.

Peaceful location, beautiful view of the back porch, clean, adequately stocked kitchen, leaving with clean clothes is a bonus (yay for the washer and dryer), great location--close to a local nature trail, Tanyard Creek.

Great location. Very clean place. Definitely needs new kitchen chairs. They were wore out & extremely uncomfortable. The sofa was a little worn. But over all a nice place.

Beautiful area. Property is spotless. You will love sitting out on the back deck listening to the sounds of the forest. Highly recommended.

Very clean and updated inside the house. The deck was dirty and the outside of the house could be cleaner. The code for the door never appeared in our reservation. We had to stop at the Arkansas Welcome Center for help. Thanks to their excellent customer service, we were finally able to call the owner for the code.

This home was in a quiet neighborhood. The back of the home is up high so you felt like you were in a tree house. The house was very clean and perfect for our weekend stay.

I was never sent the code to enter the house. However, I did take my laptop and we were able to find a phone number in my messages from you. That saved the day!The house was very attractive and welcoming when we got into the house. We did find the chairs around the table very uncomfortable and the light fixture over the table blinked quite a lot.

Overall it was okay. First time I booked somewhere and they didn't say a word to me until I messaged them and nothing after. Stayed for a entire week as well.

The property offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights was the serene deck, we sipped coffee in the morning. The location is also very convenient, with Walmart and Harps just a short 6-minute drive away. Overall, it's a great place for a peaceful getaway.

The house was very nice. Location was perfect. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

Very clean property and very quiet. There are some things that need fixing: tighten of hinges in queen size bedroom, poor water flow and lack of rails in hallway bathroom, dining room chairs could be more comfortable (webbing 'crowns' in the center). But, all in all, very nice property.
