Stayed May 2, 2024Stayed for 3 nights for a combination golf and wedding trip. The house was as advertised. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. House was a very short walk to the beach. We would recommend this unit for a nice quiet getaway.

Stayed Sep 16, 2023As noted in the previous week's review Kiawah is the probably the best vacation spot on the east coast. However, this house has maintenance issues not being addressed by Vacasa. And, even when they said they would get the team over to address the issues they never called or followed up in any way. Hence the 1 star. Kiawah is great,but this house...not so much.

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Kiawah is always a great vacation. The island is beautiful, swimming is great and getting around is easy. The Oceanwoods 470 property is being ignored and so the house has issues.
