Updated, charming home with huge yard, fire pit, & WiFi - walkable location

I've already done this. House is very old. Window in upstairs bathroom was drafty. Covered porch gives poor first impression. The updates were nice. 2bedrooms have no closet. The upstairs bedroom with no closet had room for a dresser or at least a luggage rack. Kitchen is nice.

We loved all the little extras this cozy home came with- from all the necessities in the kitchen, grilling essentials, things to entertain the kids and the delicious smelling shower extras. I felt like I was at a home away from home and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a close location to downtown! We will definitely be back!!

Our party of four (2 adults, 2 kids) had plenty of room to spread out in this older home located about five blocks from South Beach. Downtown and Meijer was just a few minutes drive away as well. Very nicely decorated but could use a few tweaks to make it even more functional. There are several stairs to enter the residence, was a little tricky for the grandparent in our party. Pretty clean and comfortable for the most part. Laundry is in the basement and must be accessed from the outside (we did not use so can’t comment on those facilities). Overall a great place for the location.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The place was beautiful, clean and incredibly comfortable. Like a home away from home! We absolutely love the close proximity to the downtown area and all attractions. Would absolutely love to stay again and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Overall, the house was as depicted and pretty clean. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the household essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms which made packing easier! The walk to the beach was about 6 blocks, which was nice as we didnt have to search for parking.The downside was the AC. Its an older home with an addition which is normal for the area, but very little cool air ( and i mean very little!) Made its way to the upstairs bedrooms. Only one of which had a ceiling fan. The seating in the living room accomodated 4 or 5 (2 loveseats) so it was shy of what youd expect for a home that advertises room for 8.The property is managed by Vacasa and similar to other guests, responsiveness was spotty as its centralized, not local. Overall, the property was fine but for what we paid, not nearly the value I'd expect.

We were in South Haven for a girls weekend. The house was super cozy and fit all 7 of us with zero issues, and the location can’t be beat! Within a half mile of downtown and the beach. We didn’t have any of our kids with us, but we noticed a pack-n-play in the upstairs closet and both rooms upstairs could easily accommodate a crib/blow up mattress for little if needed. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay, this home is super spacious and has all the amenities a family could need. There was a perfectly large fenced in yard for the kids to play and a grill to make some dinner before relaxing around the fire pit. The kicker was amazing and included all the little things u always forget on a trip which was very helpful. The location is perfect and is a quick walk to dining, entertainment and even the beach. We look forward to staying again and making a tradition out of it!

Close to downtown, clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom upstairs. Would stay there again.

Exactly as pictured! Charming comfortable place! Beds were very comfortable and the pillows also very comfortable. Loved the large kitchen with fridge with ice and water dispenser! Loved the firepit and seating! About 6 blocks from lake and huge park for kids!

House had everything we needed. Great firepit and terrific location. We’ll be back next summer for sure!

We had a great experience at this property. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how clean it was. The furnishings appeared to be brand new and very stylish. The property was nicely remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provided all the necessary accessories and appliances. We especially enjoyed spending the our evenings around the large firepit. The yard had a children's play set as well as plenty of space for them to run around, while enjoying various games and sports. Inside there was a good amount of toys available to keep our little ones busy. It was located in a great spot, as the beach and downtown area were both easily accessible by a short walk. Stores were also a short walk/drive away, making it easy to pick up groceries or necessities. We would definitely go back and highly recommend staying here! Thanks!

Four siblings and three spouses, all senior citizens, got together for a long weekend. This is our second year, and wevare looking forward to returning next year. The property is perfect forvour group.
