Updated - Casita Tranquila in popular West Sedona

Leslie was an excellent and welcoming host. She communicated promptly and let us know about great places to eat. It would have been helpful to know that the casita is attached directly to the house so we could hear her (meaning she could also hear us). Not a huge deal, but there are VRBO ads out there claiming you get the whole vacation house to yourself which was not the case.

Lots of daylight in room.comfortable bed, kitchen with microwave and full size refrigerator. Pleasant landlady’s help with instructions on entry and local shopping and restaurants

It was a good location to access popular destinations and activities, clean and comfortable, amenities available if you chose to prepare food, and the host is very friendly.

Leslie‘s really available, great communicator. The space is great. And the location is fantastic. There are some quirky things about the place, like the kitchen sink gets water all over the counter because of the way it’s designed — but it’s a wonderful place to stay and covers all the basics. Leslie was great, provided us with a lot of helpful information ahead of the trip and had great hiking guides and local info ready for us to peruse in the rental. Great location, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen made things easy! Leslie had a big jug of reverse osmosis water for me to use during my stay, and left me a sweet treat to enjoy on arrival. She was helpful and gave me lots of ideas for restaurants and coffee, and the location was a convenient central point for my various hikes. Thank you Leslie!

The casita had everything we needed for a weekend stay. There was even an iron and ironing board to touch up our formal clothes for the wedding we attended. Abundant closet space and hangers, off street parking, an outdoor morning coffee spot and a quiet neighborhood that was close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you, Leslie!

We loved this beautiful Casita and its terrific location. The pictures are exact. Its an adorable perfect place for 2 to stay. The owner is so friendly and amazingly helpful with suggestions and info about the area and its happenings. I hope to get to stay here again in the future. Thanks so much

My stay there was excellent. Leslie was great and so helpful for suggestions on site seeing, grocery stores and restaurant. She was perfect host. Place was very clean, kitchen had all I needed. It was perfect for my stay in Sedona. I will definitely stay here again when back in Sedona!

I had a very stress free stay at Leslie's. She was very communicative and made the check in process a breeze. The apartment was small but was perfect for my 2 night stay. It had everything I needed, including wonderful touirst references from Leslie. Everything i wanted to see was a 10-15 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely attached garage conversion into a casita. Quiet neighborhood. Near to the main street into Sedona proper but without the noise of traffic. King bed, small kitchen with full size refrigerator. hot plate, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The owner has provided portable lounge chairs, cooler and umbrellas for picnics. This is a dark sky area and there are chairs outside for sky viewing.The unit is attached to the main house with locked double doors which allows for sound and smells to go from the main house and casita back and forth. That is drawback. There are no public chargers for electric vehicles in Sedona. Advise the owner is you wish to plug in during your stay.

We had a fantastic stay. Leslie was a great host, very reachable and hospitable. We appreciated the welcome flowers and treats. The studio is clean, with everything that we needed. The location was also central.

This W Sedona home is conveniently located near great restaurants and wonderful places to visit. The room is quite comfortable and the kitchen is adequate if you are not planning to cook anything. There is a 2-burner hot plate which I used to boil water for tea.Our host was very helpful and we enjoyed our time in Sedona.

What a perfect place to stay for our first time in Sedona! Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet with lots of hummingbirds and songbirds. Our host, Leslie was spectacular. We rented a car and most of the destinations we went to were less than 5 minutes away. Hoping to be back next year!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Leslie’s Casita. It was perfect for two people, and the location was perfect for the hikes we did while we were there. (There was no winery experience. I’m not sure why that question is on this review.)

We stayed for a few days and wanted something close to central Sedona for hiking and shopping. This place was perfect! In a quiet neighborhood with great amenities and everything we needed to get a good night’s rest, with a well stocked kitchenette to heat up any leftovers or make our own food, and a nice bathroom that suited our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Eventful, adventurous, relaxing

Was an overall wonderful experience for our first time to AZ. I may not have read into the details as much but was not expecting the owner to be attached living next door to the rental. Was not disruptive or anything just unexpected. Quiet neighborhood and very easy to access a lot of the sights

We loved our stay at Leslie's casita and it was exactly what we were looking for. The location is great- it is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to a lot of trailheads, restuarants and grocery stores The casita had everything we meeded during our stay and it was very easy to cook or eat in. We will definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. The location was close to town, yet we still felt kind of secluded. The price was great also.

Property is close to everything you'd want to do! Hiking trails, wonderful restaurants and shopping. It is a great location! Leslie is a great hostess. The place was clean with the amenities needed. She had decorated for my birthday celebration, in which was so special.

This casita is in an excellent location, very clean, comfortable bed, great kitchen area for coffee and a quick breakfast, and an attentive hostess. Perfect for a couple. We stayed for 3 nights and we would stay here again!
