Updated 'Blue Door Haus' ~ 1 Mi to Main St!

This was a beatifically appointed home with all the needs one could want such as accessories for children, games to play, fully stocked kitchen, patio and plenty of parking.A lot of information in the home about Fredericksburg and the surrounding area.We had and wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again next time in Fredericksburg.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood! The play area outside was great for the kids! Love that it was close enough to downtown but still far enough away to be quiet. Will definitely be on the list to stay here again next time we’re in Fredericksburg

It was a bit further from main st then we had hoped! BUT the kids loved the house and playground! The house was perfect for our group and enjoyed staying!

The property was absolutely beautiful, completely updated and very clean! The house was spacious for our group of 5 and perfectly located near downtown and the wineries. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Very spacious and nice place. Everything is updated and comfortable. Location is great and only a mile from downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a smoke detector battery start chirping at midnight Saturday night. Contacted the property manager Sunday morning. When we returned Sunday around 4 pm, nothing had been done, so we contacted them and detached the smoke detector ourselves. We understand things like this can happen; otherwise, the place was as described in the listing.

We had a wonderful stay with no issues. House was great for our family hunting trip. It’s a wonderful house for families and the kids enjoyed the games that were there. Will definitely be back.

We were able to gather with our adult sons in the Blue Door Haus to celebrate Christmas. The space was perfect for our needs (5 adults) and the fireplace, board game selections and cozy blankets made it feel like home away from home.

Decided to meet some family in Fredericksburg for some pre-holiday fun. The property was great. Very well appointed, clean, and very close to town. Highly recommend!

Very clean and had lots of toys for families to use, plus the playground. King guest bed was uncomfortable compared to the primary king and twin in the kids room. Not walking distance from Main, but a short drive. Overall would stay again.

Well appointed home, looks newly remodeled, in some rooms. Brought our grandson and instead of using our high chair, we thought grabbing theirs would be easier. Literally a piece of poop dropped out of it, so disgusting!!! The fire alarm went off every time we used the oven, back yard needs attention, and some curtains would have been nice in the bedrooms. The street lights were very bright at night and forget about sleeping in. I will say the bed was very comfortable. Overall a good stay but would not go back.

This property was so nice and clean! It’s was located perfectly close to downtown. We loved it had everything we needed. So nice and clean. We would stay again in a heartbeat! ☺️

Had a girls weekend and stayed at Blue Door Haus. We really enjoyed our stay and may need to do it again!

The Blue Haus was awesome. All the amenities were great, and the attention to details was really appreciated. It is in a central location and close to many places. My husband enjoyed the garage and having a safe place to park. Keep in mind it is very bright once the morning sun come up.
