Updated beach house steps away from the beach and pool

Great place!

Our family had a great time. The house was clean, well stocked and very accommodating for our family. We enjoyed the pool and how close the beach, restaurants and activities were. We will definitely be back.

The house was as pictured with a lot of great updates. It is close to the beach, very clean and spacious. The host always responded quickly. This is our second time renting this house and we would definitely be back. We had a great vacation!

Our entire family enjoyed our first time in the OBX. Unit is as advertised and kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils,silverware,etc. Easy walk to beach but bring your own chairs, toys,etc or buy them there. TV, internet was good and with Olympics on during week that was a nightly focus. We even had our own Olympics over a three night period! Host was great and we brought our own bedding instead of renting and everything fit well.

Loved the size of the house. We were happily surprised by the extra half bath on the first level not mentioned in the listing (there are 2 half baths). Beds were comfortable enough and the house was clean overall. Having the Keurig and the regular coffee pot was great with 12 people! Loved having covered parking options for easy move in and out. The hammocks on the second level porches were GREAT!!! The beach access is fantastic and just across the street. The pool is on the smaller side but good for kids in the evening. We would 100% book this house again. The owner is great about communicating as well!

We had a lovely stay! We did have an Issue with the air and the owner sent an HVAC guy over promptly! Not having to bring bath towels would be nice. But not the end of the world. Liked having access to extra cleaning supplies. Lots of extra blankets for beds! Had just about every kitchen item We needed. A few more grill utensils would be more helpful. Overall a nice home with very good upkeep! Had some Games available to use, tv in every room. Close to the beach and pool!

Nice house and location. Enjoyed the 5 bedroom 5 bathroom set-up. Conveniently located to the neighborhood pool and a short walk to the beach. Thumbs up all around.

This was the first house that I have rented on VRBO and I have to say this house was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with what you would need for an extended stay with a little extra's here and there. The house was exceptionally clean and in a perfect location. Close to the beach and the main drag for shopping eating and fun. The owner quickly responded to any questions I had and was very nice and helpful. We plan on making this a yearly trip!

We were there for a family wedding and the house was perfect for us. Location to the beach was awesome; the pool was closed howeve, which was not communicated to us. It would also have been nice to have beach supplies like chairs and an ice chest provided because we had none of that. Our other family members that stayed in beach houses had all this equipment for them.
