Updated Beach Home With Carport, Steps To The Sand

Relax and enjoy our newly renovated cottage Seaclusion Cottage. Located just south of downtown Cocoa Beach, the area is family-friendly and relaxed. Enjoy the front screened patio for soaking in ocean breezes during a meal. Or, step out of your front door and it's a 2 minute walk to a beach frequented by locals. Our place is stocked with beach essentials like a cart, chairs, umbrella and beach towels. This property has two bedrooms and two en suite baths . It's perfect for couples.

Theentire cottage is yours to enjoy along with two private outdoor spaces. At over 900 square feet you’ll have plenty of room to stay a couple of days or a couple of weeks. Seaclusion Cottage is fully outfitted with every essential you will need on your stay in beautiful South Cocoa Beach. A few special touches to add enjoyment include:
- Laundry room in the carport
- Outdoor shower
- Furnished paver patio and a screened patio for outside dining,
- Fast Wifi internet
- A small dedicated workspace/desk
- Beach equipment for your use
- A coffee bar with complimentary K-cups.

As you enter Seaclusion Cottage, you walk into a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area with new furniture to relax on.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for wonderful meal times and includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with an amazing coffee bar with Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and complimentary K-cups. The dining table seats 4 adults.

Living Area
A spacious living area is anchored by a comfortable leather sofa and chair. Relax and watch a movie on the 55 inch flat screen Roku SmartTV. Wi-Fi internet is provided.

Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are outfitted with a queen sized bed with highly-rated memory foam mattress. Full closets and dressers are provided for your use along with a suitcase stand in each bedroom.

Bathrooms
Each bedroom has an attached en suite bath for added privacy. Both baths have a shower (no tub).

Outdoor Patios
Enjoy the ocean breezes while you relax on your private outdoor patio just off the master bedroom. You’ll have cushioned chairs to sit back and relax. There's also a screened patio at the front of the cottage with patio dining furniture for your use.

Laundry Room
A full washer and dryer are located in the carport shed. The laundry room also houses the beach equipment, including beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, and umbrella.

Seaclusion Cottage is adjacent to our neighboring property, Surfside Retreat, so there is a shared driveway. However, you will have one dedicated, covered parking spot, in the divided carport, with room for a second car behind the first.

In addition, it is located in a residential area south of downtown Cocoa Beach, called South Cocoa Beach. Everything is generally quieter but it is located of a moderately busy road so you may hear some road noise.

For a larger group, or multiple families, please consider booking both Seaclusion Cottage and the adjacent Surfside Retreat. These two properties are next to each other and give your group a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
