Updated, Affordable 4 Bd/3 Ba home w/2 living rooms, pools & easy beach access.

Very nice location. Short walk to the beach. Pool, and tennis. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better. They did offer to clean the next day, but we took care of it that evening so we did not have to be around the mess.

Great spot for beach or pool. Right in the middle! Ample beds for everyone to sleep in. Separate icemaker was unexpected surprise!

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Some updates/ repairs are needed. A little TLC and this would be perfect. The neighborhood was great. We had a great time and would return.

I must say it, We love this little neighborhood! Quiet and friendly. Not too close to town but close enough to go in to shop or dine or drive gokarts and take dolphin cruises. Very close to the marina and restaurant, close to the ferry, The neighborhood offers a calm and restful place to swim and go to the beach.The house was clean enough, and roomy enough, but could really use an outside seating area for those excellent Gulf Coast evenings and mornings. We really wished for a place to gather. The kitchen has great storage and counter space and the fridge is pretty roomy and has a basic icemaker. Dining seating was a bit awkward. We also thought we'd love to know the previous color scheme because there were huge paint change clues, like a vibrant green on a door showiing through.Some of the houses in this neighborhood have extra bathrooms in the laundry room and it was a feature we kind of missed. So instead of ending on a whiny note, the house was pleasant, cool, lots of storage and closet space, and the upstairs would be perfect for a bunch of movie watching game playing kids on rainy days, or too hot days when they need a sun break. This was a very comfy spot with the best bed in the house, or, as one of the kids said, on earth. There is a huge closet up there, the big bathroom, and a nice space that would be good for maybe another bed or a place to put an airbed or game table.

There were some minor issues, but they were resolved quickly. Upstairs king bed was pretty worn out. Kitchen was missing a few important items for cooking. But we had a wonderful time. Loved the location!

Overall, the stay was great! Right next to the beach and the listing was just as described. Would recommend for someone to stay here

The house was beautiful the sheets were a little stiff it we washed them and they was ok the house Had everything we we needed the beach was close this was the best family vacation a perfect christmas

The property was not clean and we had to sweep, wash thr linens on the beds and dirty sanitizer on everything. It was late Wednesday night before th we holiday and I was very disappointed. I will not rent from theid Reed Real Estate again

It was a nice house. Perfect location. Cleanliness not the best, but it wasn’t over dirty either. Over all, no real complaints

We loved staying around this area. It was quiet and the house is a great distance from the beach and pool areas. It was accommodating for 12 of us and plenty of room for us!
