Updated 6 bedroom pool house in Solana Resort, King suite on main floor.

This is a beautiful 6 bedroom home with plenty of space and the perfect setup. The host was great and took care of a few minor issues we had at the property. I would most definitely rent this same home again and again!

This is our second time staying here. It was a great experience again. Other than the pantry doors needing repair (which the owner took care of right away with her property management), it was perfect. The pool is great and we enjoyed ping pong in the garage.

Easy self check in and out, secure gated area. Pleasant guard staff at the gate. Bedrooms get too warm with the required temperature settings for sleeping well, especially upstairs. The pool was nice temperature without paying for additional heating (August). The long forms prior to arrival are aggressive and are not proper. The language, wording & tone should be revised. Outside treatment for ants would be more successful then the little bait traps inside the home. Location is about 20-30 minutes from most of the parks which is handy. Would suggest a local map of services on the compound and surrounding area.

This was my first bnb stay and it was great the house was perfect for my family. The house is beautiful and comfortable thx for a great experience.

Overall the home is nice. However, the cleanliness of the home is horrible. Dust on top of thick dust on the blinds, ceiling fans, vents and baseboards. The sinks and tubs were not cleaned well. We had a problem with ants crawling in the beds, sinks, tubs and along the walls. The bar chairs are broken and the leg on the bar also. The living room and den chairs need replacing.

Great size house for bigger family, Pool was great for the kids, location is 45 minutes to Legoloand and 30 minutes to Disney area. Fully recommend to all!!!

Conveniently located near the Disney Parks. We were 3 families totaling 10 and had ample bedrooms and baths. Nice well-appointed kitchen. The kids loved the in ground pool and also the pool at the community building.

We really enjoyed our stay! Didn't know it was a 4 car limit but it was no problem because our home was close to the front. The communication with the Renter was perfect and that always makes the stay better. The home was clean and spacious, definitely will stay again

The house met our family needs, it was spacious, lots of counter space. We loved how close the clubhouse and larger heated pool was to the house.

Perfect home

This home is huge and has plenty of space. The pool was unheated, but still comfortable with the high temperatures during our stay. The club house also had a nice pool and area for lounging. The home is a bit dated in spots, and could use a couple of upgrades, but was overall comfortable and a good fit for our large extended family. Some of the rules for the home came as a surprise after staying in many other vacation homes, but were workable. With rules governing the air conditioning not being set below 74 degrees, the upstairs got very warm (daily temperatures were 91 degrees during our visit). There were fans in the bedrooms and they were helpful. There were televisions in every room which was a nice touch, but they were not able to support streaming services. I would recommend bringing your own streaming device such as a ROKU or Chrome-cast. The ping-pong table and Foosball are in the garage, which gets very warm. We weren't at the house much since our family was off exploring the surrounding area, but the home made a very nice place to regroup each day. We enjoyed our visit very much!

We rented for 1 month (Feb-Mar) - had several of our family visit during the time we were there. Our grandkids also joined us for 2.5 weeks and had a great time in the clubhouse pool (heated) and facilities. Close to Disney and other attractions.The house is very spacious and well stocked with dishes and cook ware. Beds were comfortableThe decor is dated and could use a deep clean - especially the carpets. The furniture is showing signs of wear and tear but still very usable.

Beautiful house. Secure, Well furnished, comfortably accommodating & very easy check in/check out. The clubhouse was also clean and accommodating! Very positive experience!!

The house we stayed in was exactly as advertised. Good proximity to Disney. Appreciated bextend our stay by one night on short notice.

The house fit our needs beautifully! We were in town for events downtown & at Universal. It was a little further drive than I had realized but still great location and several options to get around to avoid traffic. The home is very spacious and provides room for everyone to have their own space. It is built nicely too so it’s not super noisy. The pool was great once we heated it and the neighborhood is great for a walk in the morning! We had a great time in FL all week and the house definitely contributed to our overall satisfaction!

We had a wonderful week celebrating with family for Thanksgiving.

My mother and I fell in love with the decor and surprisingly the dishes. We hadn’t been to a place that had non glassware that looked so nice. The rest of the family enjoyed being outside in the pool. Cleaners came one morning, which I thought was nice. It ensured the pool was clean during our stay. The home as a whole is great. Outside of some bugs and frogs that got through in the garage, and the beds being a little uncomfortable, we had no issues. It is walking distance from the resort pool and tiki bar. I’m sure we would book again, if it was available.

We enjoyed the home, the pool and the clubhouse, overall stay was enjoyable. Home could use some upgrades but still a nice home and we enjoyed the property and all it had to offer.

We booked a week for our family of 7. We were amazed at how much room we all had. The house was well stocked with everything we could think of. We cooked meals at the house and never was missing any utensil. Place was very clean, and well managed. Pool was great to cool off after a long day. I did see in other reviews there were issues with the wifi, we had zero issues the entire week. Can’t say enough on how responsive everyone was with any questions we had. 100 percent would recommend this place.
