Stayed Apr 1, 2026The house is licated in an okder neighborhood & at furst glance would seem sketchy. The neighbor across the street is a police officer & the neighborhood was quiet w people keeping to themselves. This was without a doubt the cleanest rental I have ever booked thru VRBO. The location is 2 miles from liquor row. We had a great time in Louisville & I would definitely recomend the property.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025My family and I were very satisfied with the property. The description was on point! The property was clean and fully stocked with everything you will need. We didn't do any cooking since we out all day every day. I appreciated the parking spot behind the home since we had a large pick-up truck. The only negative I would say is it is close to the expressway and could be loud at night. Overall, great stay and the owner responded quickly to answer any questions I had.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024The house was nicely remodeled and had lots of room for our family.The house was clean and the beds were comfy.The NBA video game and the available board games got a lot of use. The location is good, and close to go downtown and surrounding area.Would definitely stay again.
