This beautiful villa is completely updated with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a lovely screened porch with iconic low country marsh views. Located just down the street from the Seabrook Island Club's tennis center, Lake House, and Equestrian Center, it is perfectly located to many amenities. Another favorite feature of this property is the neighborhood pool nestled in a beautifully landscaped setting.
This villa is gorgeous and decorated in a bright, breezy coastal style that invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation. An open floor plan is highlighted by sliding doors that draw your attention to the beauty of Seabrook Island waiting just outside for you to explore. The villa has hardwood floors and comfortable living room seating with a HDTV Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max and Disney+ and a DVD player. The dining area is adjacent with seating for 4. The updated, fully stocked kitchen is ready for your favorite recipes and includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and blender.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bath, HDTV Smart TV and access to the screened porch. The screened porch has comfortable seating as well as a dining table and seating for 4 so you can enjoy your meals outside while enjoying the marsh view. Bedside tables in the master have built in charging ports for devices. The master bath is beautifully renovated with tiled, walk in shower and single vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, HDTV with full bath access. The guest bedroom also has sliding doors leading to an open deck with comfortable patio furniture for enjoying the views and a cup of coffee. The second bathroom is updated with single vanity and tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms include a hairdryer for use. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience, as well as as an iron and ironing board.
This is a family friendly unit! The owners have also stocked the entertainment center with family games, puzzles, books, and toys. Also included in the unit are many beach and pool necessities, such as pool floats, pool toys, Puddle Jumpers, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, fishing poles and sand toys. The owners also have two adult bikes and two children's bikes, as well as bike trailers you can use to cart the kids around the island. Lastly, enjoy the crab traps in the parking area for a day of crabbing at the Crab Dock.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities . The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:

Although the weather did not cooperate for our memorial day weekend vacation, that just meant we got to spend more time in our cute rental! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with necessities. Great location with pretty views over the marsh. Clean and comfortable all around. Only thing to note is that it is a three mile drive/bike/walk to the beach access which I was aware of before we arrived but still a little inconvenient to find parking depending on when you go.
The condo was lovely. We had a very enjoyable spring break. My children loved the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. The kitchen was well appointed. The only negative is that it is a third floor walk up (2nd floor of condos but the bottom floor is the parking area) which was difficult with luggage for 4. Other then that I can't think of a single negative. There were great amenities provided. We really enjoyed the ocean view pools!
We enjoyed our stay at Marshwalk. The property was clean and well appointed with nice furnishings. We were able to get in to the rental with with a lock box so that was easy. The couch was super cozy and beds were good. We had a heat wave during our stay so it was too hot to use the screened in balcony but that would have been very nice especially in the Spring or Fall. The location was good to get to the beach however parking is limited at the access points. There is a cute shopping area very close to the property. We enjoyed a concert there which happens every Friday. We went to Charleston several times. It was a 45 minute drive and well worth it. The only issue I had was trying to figure out what amenties we could use and could not use without an additional fee. There are two beach houses available free of charge but we weren't sure where they were. We went to the amenity office and they circled them on the map. There was also another amenity card in the house but no explanation of what the card was for. We saw a pool in the neighborhood next to us that had another name on it. We tried the card and it worked so we guessed we were allowed in. I think it would have been nice to have a little better explanation of what was available in the Marsh Walk book. Overall though we loved the condo and had good communication with maintenance and the owner. We would stay here again.
We had an awesome time last week on Seabrook Island! We especially enjoyed the gorgeous beaches and pools and touring the island to observe the wildlife (lots of birds, deer, dolphins, alligators & baby alligators, and bunnies!) The condo was light, bright, clean and inviting! The bed in the master was incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of seating both in the living spaces and on the porches. We absolutely loved the screen porch and marsh views! We were surprised by the bunks in the front bedroom (photos showed twins), but that was not a problem in any way... :) The kitchen was well stocked, and we really appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer :) This condo has a system of leaving the key in the little lockbox by the door and this works incredibly well -- we could all come & go as we pleased, never had to hunt for the key & no-one was ever locked out! We would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend to our friends! Thanks so much for everything! – Terri & Dave
Very nice place! Comfortable beds and awesome screened in porch! The first condo we stayed in had construction going on directly below us and we contacted the rental office about it and Lisa and Nancy responded immediately and moved us to another condo. The second condo was much more quiet. We liked the marsh views and the beach was beautiful! We hadn’t stayed on Seabrook Island before but we will return! The weather was a bit chilly this time of year and we were not able to swim or enjoy some of the amenities because most of the restaurants were either closed or open certain days a week. We met the manager at the golf club and he said they were not fully open yet for the season and had limited help. All and all we would love to return and stay again during the summer months when it’s a bit warmer outside and more things are open. It is a very beautiful property with awesome management! Our stay was uneventful and relaxing.
Great location. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use a baking pan and hot pads. But overall was really nice. Great screened porch.
The property was very clean and had a great layout. It was very accommodating for my husband and I and our infant son. It had everything we needed.
Property was super clean and was close to neighborhood pool, etc. We love Seabrook and we will definitely be returning!
