This spacious mountain townhome is tucked away in a quiet woodsy area and awaits your Mammoth vacation memories! A 2 bedroom+ loft, 2 bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings has plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoy a cozy pellet-burning stove after a long day on the hill, and stream a movie on the flatscreen TV using the Roku streaming service. Hardwood and slate flooring throughout, as well as a kitchen fully stocked and ready to whip up a home cooked meal, this home has everything you would expect from a mountain cabin.

On the lower level are both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite- with separate vanity area. The second bedroom also features a King bed with flatscreen TV. The loft area on the third level is perfect for another family with a Queen bed and a bunk bed with 2 Twin beds (twin over twin), flatscreen TV and desk if you must work while away. A private washer and dryer, and private gas grill on the back deck are an added bonus! The condo is located near the Sierra Star Golf Course on the free red line shuttle to the slopes, the Village and Snowcreek Athletic Club.

The Woodlands complex features an outdoor pool (Summer only), jacuzzi (open year-round), sauna, and community coin laundry facilities on-site. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, and there are 3 levels inside, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.

TWO paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. There are two outdoor, unassigned parking spaces in front of the unit. Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the unmarked parking spaces outside.

    The condo was beautiful and well maintained, close to restaurants and grocery stores, with everything needed to ensure a great stay including plenty of towels, toiletries, coffee to get started, grill, and plenty of seating. The only downside was that the two bedrooms downstairs were very warm, no fans, and broken handles so windows could not be opened. (In one bedroom one of two handles worked, none worked in the other bedroom.

    The place was great, had everything we needed and was as described except for a nasty smell in the kitchen which got worse as days went by. Refrigerator is extremely loud too. Besides that it was really very nice.

    We loved our stay here! The space is spread out over three floor levels which lets everyone have their own space to retreat to while also offering plenty of space in the living room, dining room, and kitchen to hang out together. Bathrooms were located on the lower and middle levels. Parking was available right outside the front the door. The entryway had space for all of our coats/jackets and shoes/boots. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The wood pellet stove was easy to operate and kept us all warm. We found some very fun games in the buffet next to the table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We were also very close to the pool and the jacuzzi area. We loved our stay it was a perfect space for my husband and I with our two grown children and two of their friends. We all had plenty of space!

    The unit was very clean and well equipped. We did most of our eating in while in Mammoth and the kitchen had everything! Beds were very comfortable, climate controls were easy to use and the pellet stove was awesome! Will definitely come back for another trip!

    I did not expect the place to be so quiet (even on a busy thanksgiving weekend) and wonderfully stocked to actually cook —with many spices and great tools. So unusual in a rental place. This is my first time with VRBO and I was some how automatically charged for damage insurance I did not want. Also this place requires a separate rental agreement, which is annoying.

    We would 100% stay here again! Clean, centrally located (you can walk to Vons and a couple of restaurants). The unit layout is great for two families. The queen bed and bunk in the loft is spacious. Everything you need is fully stocked! Only thing to note is the beds were very firm, but that’s really a very minor issue because everything else was so great! We will book this unit again!

    We did not use one of the downstairs bedrooms because the window was broken and couldn’t access fresh air. We discovered new parts had been ordered but were not yet in, so our son stayed in the loft for the entire stay. The first two nights we couldn’t open windows in the other bedroom either - window frames had recently been painted so crank mechanism was stuck - but Five Star promptly sent someone to fix soon after we reported the problem. The unit was very clean and well appointed, and we would definitely book again!
