This house, situated on the bayside of Long Beach Island is a short walk to the beach with a traffic light for easy/safe access across the boulevard, a half of block from the bay with a beach shore line, and the best part.... 1/2 mile from Fantasy Island and all of Beach Haven's attractions. Enjoy days spent at the beach, evenings on the Ferris Wheel or take a walk to the bay to watch the sunset with cocktails in hand.
The first floor offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pergo floors, and a new tiled bathroom. One bedroom offers a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed with a twin and full. New washer/dryer is located in the closet off of the kitchen.
The unit is smoke and pet free. The back yard is communal but large enough to have your own space at a safe distance. Each unit has a designated grill and picnic table with additional chairs for relaxing to the sounds of the seagulls. There is a foot wash and communal outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach. Again, leave your cars in their spots and walk/bike ride to all that LBI has to offer.
Did I mention there is an ice cream shop at the end of the corner, and wonderful restaurants within a few blocks This home on Waverly Ave. is the perfect location for your next vacation on Long Beach Island.

Place was roomy and in walking distance of a lot things to do. No complaints at all! Extremely comfortable!!
Adorable house my family and I stayed in for 7 days. It is right on the bay, and only 4 blocks to the beach and Fantasy Island. Lots of ice cream, restaurants along the walk. We enjoyed the beach every day, lots for the kids to do, grilled out back and enjoyed the sunsets on the bay every night. Perfect
We had a great stay in this rental! Clean, nice layout, and included all the necessary kitchen equipment. Very close to bay side for beautiful sunsets and just a few blocks walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of shopping, ice cream shops, amusement park, water park, and mini golf.
The property was just a short drive from the beach and a brief walk from the marina. Everything you would need was stocked in the house unless specified. The house was spacious and comfortable! I would gladly stay here again!
A very quiet area. The bay was around the corner. Walking distance to fine dining and ice cream. Enjoyed reading on a lounge chair in the back yard. Got tricked on using the numerical keypad. Now I know how it works. A call to the owner was a great help in teaching us how to use the keypad!
I stayed here with my kids and we loved it! My main goal was to be close to Fantasy Island so my boys can walk to and from as they wanted to..And it was perfect! The street is quite and little to no traffic.House was clean and nicely updated just as the pictures show.
My family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to everything. Backyard was great for hanging out and BBQ-ing.
Great location, clean, and cozy. Loved the kayak/SUP launch on the next block. 16th street surfing beach was great (no guards on that block but guards on either side). Went to side door donuts every day for coffee. Couldn't ask for a better place!
The unit is nice and the AC works great. 1. Our stay was comfortable except for the misinformation in the listing: There is no mention that sheets and towels are NOT included. You need to bring your own. That would not have been a problem had we known. We had to go to Hands General Store (near by) and buy sheets and towels. We complained to owner who refunded 80% of our cost. Better than nothing. As of my last look at the listing this requirement is now included. Not soon enough for us. 2. It may be the virus, but there was NOTHING in the unit to clean or maintain the place: No washcloths, sponges, dish detergent, soap, garbage bags, salt, pepper. NOTHING. The rules require you run the dishwasher before leaving, but they provide NO dishwasher detergent. 3. The listing makes much noise about 'special covid cleaning' but the place was dusty and the coffee maker & carafe was not clean. 4. We made a big mistake and took the 3 beach tags with us when we left. The end result after much back & forth was we had to pay $170 for 3 new tags when the situation could have been resolved for less than $100. No cooperation on that. We are the proud owners of 3 LBI 2020 beach tags. Very expensive souvenirs of our stay on Waverly Ave
