Stayed Dec 19, 2025We absolutely loved our stay in Wicker Park. If you are looking for a charming neighborhood with great local restaurants and boutiques within walking distance, this is the perfect home for your Chicago trip. We loved the spacious layout for our family of 5.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025This house is amazing and cozy! The location is perfect, with restaurants, stores, and transportation all nearby. Everything we needed was already there, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. There was an AC issue on the first day, but the host responded quickly and resolved it right away. Great communication and effort! I highly recommend this place to stay in Chicago.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues the owners need to address. We had problems in 2 showers with wildly hot water temperature. The property manager did his best to work on it but this seems like something a plumber needs to fix. There were ants in the mudroom. The shower in the master looks like it has mold on the ceiling.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025My family and I loved the space. It was a nice home to retreat back to after touring the city. The amenities were wonderful and we loved watching a movie on the top floor. It had a great view of the city.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025Place was perfect and just what we were looking for. Loved walking to restaurants and coffee shops with the kids. On site garage a huge plus. Quiet neighborhood and loved being by school hearing kids playing at recess. Only issue was some of the dishware seemed dirty - barely worth mentioning.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Our group consisted of 8 people ranging from preteens to octogenarians and we all really enjoyed this townhome! It was attractive, clean, updated and stylish, yet retained some of the historic ambiance of the neighborhood. Beds were comfy. Bedrooms are attractively decorated. Kitchen was roomy and easy to work in. Aga stove was a new experience, but after a short learning curve, we mastered it. The youngest members claimed the top floor as their space, which worked well. The home is a short walk to Division St. and several restaurants, and fairly convenient to public transportation. Trip by EL to Chicago sights took us about 45 minutes or more including a line change, so on a few days we chose to drive and pay a $30 parking fee to save time and energy. After a day of touring the city, we enjoyed returning home to this comfortable house and pleasant neighborhood. We highly recommend this home for all except folks with mobility issues as there are many stairs to climb.

Stayed Nov 17, 2023Property wonderfully updated. Comfortable kitchen and living room area to gather with family. Great view of downtown Chicago from back balcony. House instructions were spot on. Perhaps best part of house is the location--just a block from several delicious restaurants. We walked to breakfast and dinner.
