This beautiful four-bedroom home is located at the end of a quiet street with forest access from the back yard. Your group will have plenty of space to spread out indoors, while comfortable outdoor seating areas are perfect for a day of reading and gathering in the evening. Take a walk in the forest. Bike to Firesign Cafe, Shadyside Lounge, or the Sunnyside Restaurant. Hike the trails of Ward CreekState Park down the street, or join locals in a pickleball game at nearby Kilner Park.

With three dedicated bedrooms and another larger room that can serve as either a bedroom or playroom, guests will appreciate a good night's sleep after a day of activity. The spacious Master bedroom (Bedroom 1) upstairs features a king-size bed with new Winkbed mattress and en suite bathroom. Bedroom Two, also upstairs, has a Queen bed with new mattress and private, en suite bath. Bedroom 3 is downstairs on the main floor has a king bed and bath across the hall. Bedroom 4, the Playroom, has a Queen sofabed and twin bunk beds (2 beds). If you don't need the bed space, the playroom serves as a playroom equipped with tv, room to workout, play games, or just get away from the group for a bit of peace and quiet.

Air conditioning was added in Spring, 2026.
