My main disappointment was the hot tub. While sitting in the hot tub, we all had some reaction to the cleaning/disinfectant agent used. Very strong clorine smell which left us with irritated skin. My best guess was an over competition of chemicals in lieu of a good cleaning. The house was comfortable, but a good deep clean is badly needed.

Had a wonderful stay with the family. The home came with everything we needed! Grandkids especially loved the game room upstairs, as well as the indoor pool at the owner's club. Highly recommend!

Plenty of space, great living room for gathering, hot tub was a wonderful amenity, and we were so pleased to find a hiking trailhead literally in our backyard!

We cooked all our meals in the home and found everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were clear of cobwebs and other debris that build up. Very nice! Third time here, very nice.

Our stay was with our teenage son and 5 of his buddies celebrating his 17th birthday. We were really pleased with the home and it was perfect for the occasion. Game room was fun but most the time they spent at the house was in the hottub and around the fire. We appreciated the master bedroom being located upstairs and them being downstairs lol. We do think a light could come in handy on top deck. Also struggled a bit with how dark the side of the house was starting fires/ roasting hotdogs in the dark. A light on that side would have come in handy too. But we could have also brought a flashlight and would next time . The bedding and bath towels were very nice which is something i always appreciate! Host also stocks paper towels, foil & saran wrap, dish soaps and detergent. So nice not having to pack all that! Its also so nice having access to all the amenities within the Territories. Over all the house was very clean and would definitely stay again!

My husband, kids (ages 12 and 9), and parents stayed here for a few nights over our Spring Break. Had a relaxing time in your home. Enjoyed the game room as well as watching the turkeys and deer out the windows! Pictures are accurate and home is clean. Stayed here last year and will stay again!

We were not disappointed, the colors were spectacular and our stay was wonderful. The house was bright, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals during our visit. The home backs up to a forest with nearby walking trails and although we did not use it, the owners even allow you to park in their garage. The master bedroom is on the first floor which is great for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.We have been renting homes from Vacation Homes of Galena for several years and Linda is great to work with: always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have. I'm sure we will return.

The property was a hidden gem. Clean and well kept. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing after a day of golf. The fire pit and seating is so nice and welcoming. Neighbors are close, but you can't even tell. Love this property.

Property was perfect! It was exactly as listed. We had all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. The game room, hot tub, and fire pit provided hours of entertainment, and the proximity to Galena was nice. Excellent communication with the host!! Would love to stay here again!

This house was so well appointed and nicely decorated. We drove into Galena (about 5 miles) one day but mostly stayed in the house. Nice outdoor furniture and a great fire pit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at this giant, well appointed home. The decor suited our tastes and the beds were fantastic. Guidelines and instructions were clear and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted, all clean and in good working order. We relaxed, we cooked, and we ate and drank until we were stuffed. The perks of the game machine and football table were appreciated by the younger crowd, as was the woodland setting by the older folk. Overall, we loved this place and hope to come back soon.

Very clean and everything was so easy from the email with the door access code, the pool passes left. I really love that there were instruction for everything in the house so we did not have to spend half our trip trying to figure out how to get on the Wi-Fi or turn the ceiling fans on. Even the video game had instructions!
