The house itself is beautifully decorated with extra comfy seating in a variety of spaces. The expansive view wowed all ages. Lovely linens and towels; extremely clean; property management answered all of our questions and expeditiously took care of a few minor snafus.

We surprised our team with this beautiful home overlooking Grayton Beach. It was perfect! Customers service and communication was top tier. The home was perfectly described and everything we expected. The proximity to shops, restaurants like The Red Bar and Chiringo made it even more perfect! *Cant help but recommend some throw blankets!

Two different bunk-rooms with their own baths, 4 sets of washer and dryers, and all upgraded appliances. The views and location were perfect! We absolutely recommend this house!

This house was not clean at all and definitely was difficult to stay in. It was our entire family and we were all very very disappointed considering the amount of money we paid to stay for the week. We have never had this problem with any other house we've rented in The Destin area. The elevator was not working when we arrived. Two of the beds were broken when we arrived and two guys came and set them on the floor for the night until they could be repaired. The duvet covers were not clean. It appeared like there was snot & blood on two of them. Two of the bunk beds had NO blankets so the kids doubled up on the bottom bunks. Also the house had months of dust accumulated on the night stands and light fixtures in the bathrooms. The slip covers on the furniture in the living room were stained and dirty. We made several calls and a couple of things were resolved but they couldn't do anything about dirt, dust & overall cleanliness. Didn't offer to send cleaning crew in. Overall I would give this house a 0 out of 10. We have tried to come to an agreement with Royal Destinations & the owners and they offered a small stipend which was not acceptable to us. Very disappointed for our only Family Vacation for the summer. Also only one exit door in the entire house which is on the bottom floor.

Plus the alarm on the front door was falling off. The front door was very difficult to open.

Some locals and visitors will try and use the parking and are not scared of the towing signs. Luckily we didn't have 6 cars there all the time and could work around it.
