Along with being located in the closest possible position to Bribie Islands beautiful Woorim beach the complex has a lovely in-ground swimming pool and grassed area perfect for
the kids to play. You will find that a car is not required when staying in this beachside unit as you are a minute's walk from the centre of town. All of Woorim's highlights are at your
doorstep with the patrolled beach, shops, cafes and clubs located just around the corner.
Take a leisurely walk along 30 km of unspoiled beach enjoy the natural beauty of Woorim and the multiple activities it has to offer. Surfing, fishing, kayaking and boating are just a
few water sports you can take part in while on holiday. If water sports are not for you that is okay walk or bike the endless water front footpaths or beaches, you may even be
lucky enough for the local dolphin pods to visit you while you are out.
Inside this well positioned unit you will find a modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows out to the balcony with beautiful ocean views. The kitchen has all modern
appliances including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The living room has comfortable sofas and a large flat screen 50inch TV with streaming. The balcony has a great outdoor
dining set to sit back and enjoy a family meal overlooking the ocean.
This unit has two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, the master bedroom has a good quality queen size bed and private access to the balcony - sleep to the sound of the surf! The
second bedroom includes two king single beds and a spare mattress. There is a modern bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There is an additional separate toilet with hand
basin and a complete laundry in the unit with washer and dryer. Single lock up garage for a small vehicle as well as on street parking.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels. Linen for the matress is not included but can be hired at an extra cost.

Stayed in August. The unit looked so lovely in the photos but was in desperate need if attention and maintenance. A little effort would make the place great. Most of the issues were bought to the attention of the agent upon arrival including the garage lock, the fact the keys opened another apartment and garage (key had wrong unit number on them). The towel rail was hanging off the wall, the bathroom tap needed fixing. The place was not really clean. Snell throughout which was coming from the laundry. Most appliances like the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer really need a service. The mugs in the kitchen need to be thrown out and replaced and the couch desperately needs cleaning. The place really could do with a deep clean. The positives are that it is really close to the beach, shops, club and pub.

Property was right next to the beach. Pool was easy access. However the apartment let the whole experience down abit. Due the fact that the floor wasn't clean - left over dirt/sand from last occupants. And other little things that let it down.

Close to shops and beach . Village atmosphere. Loved the pool. Ocean views
