This large victorian house residence #1 is extraordinary because it is located on the historic Irvine Park square with beautiful views of its fountain and gazebo - the only rental available on the park!! The victorian was handmade in 1869 and the exterior is now a museum piece preserved by the National Register of Historic Places. It is featured in Saint Paul walking and bus history tours, history books and even a history comic book!

The Horn House is one of Saint Paul's oldest homeslocated in Saint Paul's oldest neighborhood. This historic 1869 victorian has 2 residences in it. Each residence is 1500 ft² with 3 levels. Perhaps the most special part of the house is it's wrap around porch! This is the very best porch in Saint Paul to hang out, sip drinks, and enjoy the scenic retro ambience of Minnesota's oldest neighborhood.

Irvine Park is a magical bubble in the heart of Saint Paul. It is a square of antique Victorians surrounding a beautiful little park. Irvine Park is quiet like a small town even though it is just blocks from the hustle bustle of popular bars, restaurants and Xcel Energy Center.

This house has extra special history to baseball and movie fans because it was previously owned by Mike Veeck of the Saint Paul Saints and was the occasional hang-out and sleeping pad for Saints co-owner actor Bill Murray. This house was also the hang out for academy award winning actress Marisa Tomei and academy award nominee Matt Dillon while they filmed the movie Factotum in Irvine Park.

This is maybe the best place we have ever rented in VRBO. The house is incredible-on the National Registry on Historic Places. The neighborhood is so quiet with stately old homes and a lovely park in front of the house. The house has lovely outdoor spaces and the owner graciously allowed us to host a small group of family in the beautiful space in the back garden. Everything worked as it should, the owner was super responsive whenever we had questions and I would definitely stay here again anytime.

This property is perfectly located for any event at the excel center. We used it for a family guys trip to the NCHC tournament and it was great! Everything was within walking distance - it made the trip a breeze. Additionally, the property is located far enough off the Main Street that is a quiet oasis when we wanted to get away. Lastly, Mike was such a wonderful host - so kind and responsive. Could not recommend this property enough - would give it six stars if I could!

We spent Christmas here and had a wonderful time. There was enough space for the family to celebrate and space for friends to stop by and hang out. Michael was responsive when we had questions and proactive if there were any changes. I would highly recommend this place for your visit to Minnesota. We will be back.

This get away was easy from beginning to end. We had a wonderful visit to the Minneapolis St. Paul area. The house was the perfect home base from which to launch our exploration. The host provided information sufficient to assure our stay was without hitch I especially appreciated the checking in and mid visit communications. The home was fully appointed and lacked no necessity. The beds were very comfortable as were all the furnishings. You won’t regret choosing this property.

We came in for an event at The Xcel Energy Center and couldn't have picked a better spot. The location is perfect, close to many dining options and the X. Very quiet neighborhood a few blocks away from all the action. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our four night stay. If the opportunity arose again we would definitely try to book this property. The property manager checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, you don't always get that when renting so that was nice.

Stayed at this great property for some hockey games at the Xcel energy Center. We had a great time. Choosing this placed was based on location, cleanliness and the three bedrooms. The host was very accommodating to our travel needs, as we all arrived and departed at different times. The local park and neighborhood was wonderful. We would all highly recommend staying here again

My family and I were in town for a concert and this place was great. Close walk to the Xcel Center, restaurants and coffee shops but on a very quiet street with a beautiful park out front. We truly enjoyed our stay.
