Surrounded by trees and just steps from white sandy beaches, it's the perfect retreat for relaxation and tranquility.

Amenities:
Beach: Enjoy a private mile-long beach, pool, and tenniscourt, just a 2-minute walk from the house. We provide a beach cart, chairs, and toys for your convenience.

Home: This custom-built home boasts upscale finishes and appliances. The elevated single-story design includes a large covered deck and an expansive outdoor area with a bar, perfect for entertaining.

Wildlife: Located near the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, you'll have the chance to see foxes, ospreys, pelicans, and even Bald Eagles.
Outdoor Space:

With 1500 sq. ft. of covered exterior space, you'll find multiple seating areas, a bar, grill, hammock, and stunning views of the gulf.
Bedrooms:

Primary Master: Luxurious king bed, large walk-in shower, double vanity, digital fireplace, and a 55” Smart TV.

Secondary Master: King bed, 2 twin bunk beds, en-suite bathroom, large closet, window bench, and smart TVs.

Bunkroom: 2 sets of twin bunk beds, large closet, and smart TV.

Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, large closet, and smart TV.

Living and Dining:
The living area features a large sectional, 65” TV, and digital fireplace. The dining table seats 6, with an additional 4 bar seats at the kitchen counter.

Kitchen:
The upgraded kitchen includes rare granite countertops, high-end appliances, and is well-stocked for all your culinary needs.

Bathrooms:
Both master suites have en-suite bathrooms. The third full bathroom located in the hall, includes a bathtub. There's also an outdoor privacy shower with hot and cold water.

Laundry Room:
Equipped with a stacked washer and dryer.

New Amenities:
Luxury toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, and both gas and charcoal grills are provided.

Extras:
Each booking includes a complimentary SeaGoodness T-shirt and koozies. Safety features include a fire extinguisher, exterior lighting, and a first aid kit. Parking is available for up to 4 cars. The neighborhood also offers a private pool and tennis courts with restrooms.

No parties or events allowed at this location. Occupancy must be observed at all times. Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.
No trailers, campers, boats, etc. may be parked at home at any time during the stay.
