Unique Waterfront property

The town & location were wonderful. House is large and accommodates 6 people but one bathroom was not usable which made 4 people share one bathroom. View is amazing. Pool is clean. Nice property.

This property is unique and spacious with a lot of great amenities. However, the owner did NOT disclose the fact that you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet! This is a BIG DEAL in our opinion! We had to doggie bag our used toilet paper the entire stay! If we had known this prior to booking, we definitely would NOT have booked this property! The entrance and curb appeal are sorely lacking but the interior is beautiful and spacious with great views of the private dock, large backyard, pool and Tampa Bay. The pool was dirty and the filter and vacuum did not seem to be working properly. The wooden walkway to the dock has several sections of rotted wood and needs replaced. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of a functioning ice maker (another big inconvenience). We were provided with 3 ice cube trays for 6 adults. The upstairs Master Suite is lovely but could benefit from some Blackout Curtains if you want to sleep past sunrise. This could be an incredible rental property if all of these issues were addressed. Currently, the property does not live up to the standards of its surrounding community.

First and most important Viv is a SPECTACULAR hostess. She checked in on us while driving down, had a gift basket ready when we arrived, gave us ideas of things to do and was always responsive if we had questions. What a wonderful unique property perfectly situated for a restful family vacation. The house is large and accommodating for a family of 5. The kitchen literally has everything you could need for cooking all your meals. The view from the house and the balconies of the bay is just perfect. It’s quiet but also still close to things. There’s a sidewalk at the end of the driveway that you can take a walk to a lovely park. The pool was cleaned while we were there and remained clean the whole time (it’s a bit chilly in the winter but after being in the sun it feels refreshing). The master bedroom is crazy big and there are 2 walk in closets for use which is awesome. It was truly a blessing to stay here.

We had such a great time and the property was perfect. My wife and I had our anniversary on the week we stayed and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the kids had a basket with some snacks and toys from Vivan. This was the most amazing vacation and the property was the best part about it. We seen an alligator and all kinds of wildlife. The kids had plenty of room to run and swim. Such a great location. Thank You for letting us stay in your house for our vacation. We will be sure to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this huge home on the water. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house and pool are very large, with room for everyone. There’s even a cozy TV/gaming room in the back of house that’s just perfect for kids or young adults. Bathrooms are all updated and the kitchen is loaded with all kinds of cooking items. We loved the dock! It is so big- much bigger and nicer than the pictures capture. We saw manatees and dolphins daily. The kayaks were so great to use. The pool has all kinds of floats, too. The young adults in the group said this was one of their favorite houses we have ever stayed in due to all the “extras” and having their own space. We all were beyond pleased. And Vivian is the perfect hostess- always available for questions and recommendations! Thanks for a wonderful July 4th vacation!

This house was amazing. The house itself was beautifully furnished and very well stocked, but I feel the star of the rental was the setting. It was right on the bay, with lots of privacy, a large swimming pool and beautiful landscaping. My sons, 32 & 29, would say the best thing was the fishing. They caught several different species of fish, and we were able to watch dolphins, manatees and string rays swim by. Our contact, Vivian, was extremely attentive and helpful. We could not have had a better experience and are looking forward to returning.

This property was fantastic! Gorgeous lake views, huge gardens, really cool house that has lots of history. Viv was wonderful, so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll be going back!

Our 2 months in Safety Harbor were two of the best months we've spent in Florida over the past 20 years. It was a very quiet secluded property with lots of space and character. So many special touches within the house that aren't usually found in rental properties. It was very homey. The kitchen was fully furnished and functional. The house itself was old but all the necessary things had been updated...such as the bathrooms. Especially the Master Suite - it was a glorious get away within the home! We loved it! We truly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely go back. Vivian was such a pleasure to work with. She not only was a warm and genuine person - she was also very responsive and answered any and all questions we had in a timely manner. The best part was she literally felt like an old friend. It is a very unique property and may not be for everyone but we certainly fell in love with it.

The house was unbelievable. The view was amazing.

The house is spacious and clean. The property is located right on Tampa Bay, with a wide spacious view. The pool is not heated so not so useable on winter. All in all, a great place to stay
