The villa is a newly built holiday home on a 4,500 m² fenced plot in the village of Markovac, approx. 14 km from Porec. In Višnjan, two kilometres away, there is the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more. In the outdoor area there is an outdoor saltwater pool, sun loungers and a shower, two covered terraces with seating, a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue, a covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts as well as a swing, a trampoline, goals for football (small) and an attractive gravel track for mountain bikers. There is a car park for two vehicles in the courtyard. The owner of the house is a famous Istrian winemaker. His family house and wine cellar are only 50 metres away from the villa, so he is always available for his guests. The house is equipped with modern furniture and consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with beautiful panoramic sea views and access to a covered terrace and the pool. Next to the living area is a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a separate WC. On the mezzanine floor there is a spacious bedroom with access to a terrace with garden furniture and wonderful views, a bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with separate beds and en-suite bathroom. Youth groups are not permitted.
