Unique Villa with own Lighthouse - unparalleled Luxury at historic Landmark

Everything was fabulous! Super clean, wonderful amenities, amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay in the Lighthouse Villa over Christmastime! The home is so special and is even better in person than what we were expecting. The lanai has lots of room to relax and dine and the views are stunning. We saw dolphins one day! There is plenty of room inside as well and the bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our host, Christian, was so kind and gracious, and we hope to come back again.

The property is unique and close to so much. We had everything we needed and more. Will go again.

We had the best time!! This house is amazing, and has so much character. We have never stayed in a vacation rental that is so well stocked with everything you might need. The pool area is a dream! I enjoyed lounging and watching the boats go by while my kids played in the pool! We also had a blast fishing off the dock. Christain is an exceptional host, answered any questions we had and is just a genuinely nice person! I'm so glad we came across this place, we will definitely be back!

It’s hard to describe all the great things about the Lighthouse as a property and Christian as a host. Everything was better than described. First the property is like walking into your own private resort, the towels, bed sheets, lanai area, appliances, best home we’ve rented in PGI by far. The location, we walked to Fisherman’s Village for dinner, watched the sunset over the Lighthouse, saw boats, dolphins, and caught lots of fish (multiple 30+ pound drum). Christian went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We loved sitting with him learning about the history of the house, getting dinner recommendations, and enjoying a few beverages. This will be the first place we book anytime we head back to Punta Gorda. Thank you Christian!!

Owner lives directly next door, only separated by a breeze way, but we only seen him when we wanted to. First night he hung out with us, had a great time, then never seen him again. House was nice, very comfortable and great location to shops and restaurants. Christian was a great host, very accommodating with the amount of people we had staying. Will be back.

From the very beginning we knew this was the right property and that Christian was the right host. Everything about our stay was first-class. Communication with Christian was timely and he was attentive to all of our questions via text message. We only ever saw Christian upon an invitation to join he and his father for wine. We ended up spending an evening with them both sharing food (an incredible roast duck)/wine and stories. It was a perfect evening as we wrapped up our visit making it difficult to return to real life.

We stayed at the Lighthouse home in July. It was a truly unique experience for our two families (4 adults, 4 teens and one dog). Christian and Melinda were accommodating and willing to answer our every question. They provided us with recommendations on where to eat, best places to travel by boat and were quick to remedy any issue that we had arise. We were able to dock a boat there during our stay making for fun family adventures and convenient traveling. We had many successful nights of fishing right outside on the dock viewable from the luxurious lanai, were able to see dolphins playing in the canal, had a variety of outdoor cooking options available and a nice night time ambiance provided by the lights throughout the lanai, at the gazebo, and inside of the real & accessible lighthouse! Our family enjoyed the close proximity to Fishermans village, stores and restaurants while still being able to maintain quiet and privacy due to the home being situated at the end of a street in a quiet neighborhood.

Had a very relaxing vacation with our adult children and their children. Enjoyed the availability of the pool and canal for fishing. It’s conveniently located to several restaurants and stores but still feels like it’s secluded. The house is welcoming but still provides space to spread out as wanted. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating for any needs that arose.

Christian was the greatest host! This was one of our favorite trips. We will be back!
