Stayed Mar 5, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and beach towels were even provided. The house is in an excellent location and is close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores... everything is within a 5 minute drive. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Stayed Mar 18, 2025I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a clean, well kept property. Comfortable beds, great shower. Everything in the kitchen is clean and working. And some really cool decor and musical instruments!

Stayed Feb 26, 2025Positives were that the house was very clean and was unusually well equipped—except for the left handed can opener which was hard to use. The lamp in the living room was very hard to turn on. The only real drawback was the drainage in the showers. I didn’t get a response from the owner when I both emailed and phoned to ask if we could come an hour early. All that being said, I’d still give it 5 stars.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025There’s a lot to like about this place: easy drive to Venice and beaches, no stairs, two bikes to use on the nearby Legacy Trail, a sand scoop for hunting shells and sharks teeth, super comfy bed, interesting and eclectic decor, plenty of streaming choices on the tv, and an overall home-y feel. That said … the shower water wasn’t quite hot enough, the tp was scratchy one-ply, the tap water isn’t safe to drink (use the filtering jug in the fridge), the living room furniture is quite uncomfortable, and there’s significant road noise. Overall we give it an 8 - nice, but could be a little better.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The house is very nice. It is fun due to being full of unique objects. I was pleasantly surprised that the piano is kept in tune. It has an old timey sound like it needs new strings, but plays well. It is very well kept and clean.

Stayed Aug 28, 2024The property is native and beautiful, the outdoor patio area is very lovely. The home is beautiful. decorated wonderfully with artifacts and collector items from all over. We had a few problems but the owner was quick to come fix anything that needed to be done. I would rent this again and again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had such a great stay. The home was located in a quiet safe area while still being close to the beach and stores. The home was clean and the owners were very informative about the best restaurants and shops. Thank you for sharing such a special piece of paradise! We will definitely be back!
