Stayed Mar 21, 2025We took a girl's trip and were so excited to find this cute place tucked away that would fit our group and fill the need to relax feeling we were going for.Upon nearing the neighborhood, we were met with a literal road block... We had a great vehicle for the roads if any weather should happen, but a heads up to go around the barricade would have gone a LONG way. We met a second barricade and went around that one too. I had to tell a local deliverer (I had scheduled before arriving) to go around it when they called confused, too.Once we were inside the home, it was cute but felt dingey - like it was in need of a deep cleaning, the cobwebs agreed, and the home desperately needs someone to go through the left-behinds. I draw the line at open shampoo and refrigerator condiments; there was open toothpaste and mouthwash left in the bathrooms and the master shower needed a good scrubbing. While we realize it is probably off season, we were disappointed that the outdoor furniture hadn't been cleaned/wiped anytime in the last 5 months.Ultimately, I would stay here again, but maybe not with a ladies group trying to escape our to-do lists.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023We loved everything about this vacation home. It is located in a great neighborhood, central to all the attractions, restaurants, groceries, and not far from ski rentals. The home was perfect for our group. My husband and I took 4 teenagers skiing over spring break. The common spaces are on the upper level and the bedrooms are on the lower level. The kids could go up into the media room close the door and watch their awful horror movies or play cards in the evenings. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. We cooked almost every meal there. Two mule deer visited us each day. As an added bonus, we got a gorgeous 48-hour snowfall that began about 12 hours before our first day at Ski Apache. As stated in the property’s description, the steep neighborhood road to this home would have been impossible in the snow without our 4WD vehicle or snow chains. Our host was very attentive with his communication. The entire experience was amazing!!

Stayed Jul 25, 2022Elk and mule deer grazing in the back when we arrived was a nice start. Not too far from town for a quick trip to the store etc but fairly secluded in a quiet upscale neighborhood. House is freshly updated with more than enough room for a large family with ample indoor and outdoor lounging areas, AC, 3.5 baths, it has everything (and a nice new hot tub). We will stay again. Mitch is an attentive host as well.
