A UNIQUE 255 m² house with a private pool and spa, located in the historic center of Seville, next to the lively Alameda de Hércules square.

You can walk to all your sightseeing and shopping destinations and return to this haven of peace to relax and enjoy the UNIQUE amenities available to you, including the pool on the terrace and the spa in the basement.

All rooms have a king-size bed (180x200), a walk-in shower, a toilet, a TV connected to the internet, and a large closet.

Three of the five rooms have a fold-out sofa for an extra person.

The pool is open all year round and is heated throughout the year. All rooms offer hotel-style comfort.

Our house is unique in that it offers a rooftop with a heated pool all year round and, in the basement, a private spa area with a jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam, all in the heart of Seville.

It is spread over five levels, opening onto a central interior patio and a rear patio:

- Basement: Jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna opening onto a rear patio

- Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room (with a high-quality sofa bed), dining room, kitchen, and a bedroom for three people opening onto the rear patio with a double bed and a single sofa bed

- First floor: For 5 people / 2 bedrooms (one facing the street with a king-size bed and another onto a rear patio with a king-size bed and a single sofa bed opening)

- Second floor: Same as first floor

- Third floor: Terrace with swimming pool and sofa area.

In total, we have 15 beds, but we limit ourselves to a capacity of 13 people.

The house is located on a very small, quiet square.

    This property location was perfect. Very central and easy to get to all the sightseeing spots from here. Laureen, our host, was very helpful. Messaged us a couple of weeks before our stay and offered great recommendations. She was also there to greet us when we got to the house and showed us around the property.

    The stairwell roof is being repaired so was covered in a large wooden board which blocked out light to the property. Apart from this the property was very clean and in a great location. Would recommend it for a large group.

    Our stay was great, the house is very well located within walking distance from all Seville's attraction and restaurants. Communication with Laureen was very smooth and easy.The house was spacious for our family of 7 and the facilities were great.Great Spa in the basement and nice rooftop with a swimmingpool.

    We are a family of 4 couples and spent a week in mid september at the house. The weather was very warm but we were very comfortable. We walked into Seville every day and got to see most of it, visited most of the historical places in the mornings, ate out (Seville is teeming with places to eat), returning mid afternoon to rest our legs and cool off in the the rooftop pool. We did venture out a couple of evenings as well but cooking in the house with the small, two ring hob and microwave oven was a challenge. There is an express supermarket just around the corner and an Aldi a short walk away, so no problems getting supplies. Definitely use a taxi to get from/to the airport but otherwise we didn't use any transport during our stay. In summary, the house is well located, very comfortable, we had a great time and we would recommend it.

    This huge place accommodated our group of 10 very comfortably, and the amenities were OVER the TOP! Great location for walking the Sevilla sights. Highly recommend!

    Great house!!! We had 11 people and everyone fit comfortably. The property is located in a great area with convenient grocery down the street. Only about a 20 minute walk to central. Amazing sunset views from rooftop. Our property manager, Laureen did a great job communicating and assisted with airport transfers.check in and out process was quick and easy.

    Great location - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Sevilla. The property was immaculate and beautiful; the property manager (Laureen) was very responsive and incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend the flamenco show she reserved tickets for us for, Sala Almoraima - intimate and one of our favorite experiences in Spain.

    The location of this villa was very good, close to all amenities and restaurants. It is in the heart of Sevilla, and while that has many pluses, it is located in a corner of buildings, local shops and roads. While we appreciated the access to many great amenities, the house itself was a bit challenging due to 5 stories of stairs (to get to a proper sitting area for the larger group- and the pool). Interior sitting spaces downstairs were on the small side and felt a bit dated- and the roof top location needs some repairs around the skylight. Also had some challenges with various odors coming from the basement - (likely musty from the hot tub). There is no doubt there is plenty to offer in the house- ample bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, sauna, pool, steam room, hot tub. Just be prepared for tricky parking if you bring a car (parking garage 1/2 mile away) and a busy central location.

    We had a great time at this 5-BR, four floor unit with heated rooftop pool, plus hammam, sauna and jet spa pool in the basement. Laureen welcomed us on arrival and was quick to respond to all inquiries during our stay. We were 4 couples and one child. It was unfortunate that their keypad entry system wasn’t working. It was a bit tricky to coordinate our schedules with just two sets of keys. It was very convenient to be able to prepare and eat food in the house; the kitchen was equipped with basic appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) cutlery, plates, and glassware. Instructions on use of the stove, oven/grill/microwave would have made it more convenient, as would the provision of dishwasher tablets for the duration of our stay (we only had 3 tablets for our 5 night stay). Location was great, being central, walkable to and from everywhere/tourist sites/groceries. Highly recommended!

    We were visiting Seville for 3 days and 2 nights during our trip and there were 9 of us in our group (ages 65, 54, 45, 45, 41, 15, 12, 7 and 5). The accommodation was more than spacious for all of us and in addition had the benefit of relaxing in the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi at the end of each long day of sightseeing. Perfectly located in the heart of the city making it easy to get around and such an amazing selection of restaurants right on your doorstep. Also large dining area to accommodate take-out from nearby indian and italian restaurants which we took advantage of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE and hope to return to enjoy Seville during the spring and/or summer.
