Unique home in the treetops with 360-degree deck & walkable location

Cute place but had a terrible smell we could not get rid of and the inside furnishings were old and out of date. Then loud noises in the middle of the night scared us.

The house was clean and comfortable and looked just like the pictures. It was a very peaceful setting in the trees with very small views of water. Beds were very comfortable. The decor was really nice and went well with the woodsy feel of the house. Great place to explore Orcas Island from and then return in the evening to relax.

Enjoyed the space and the location

We loved our stay! The house was clean and perfect sized. It was so nice to have another bedroom for our baby to sleep in so we could still move around and not also have to be in bed at 7! Super close drive to east sound (10ish min) and beautiful view of the water from the deck. Rosario was pretty dead when we were there, maybe just the season? We loved orcas and would definitely come back!

The home is well appointed and has more kitchen staples then mentioned in an earlier post. The deck furniture was plentiful and comfortable. The location was convenient to a few amenities but they are seasonal and the main Lodge is permanently closed. If you arrive after dark, be mindful of the narrow and curvy roads with no street lights.

House was very nice - good light and fairly spacious. Beds were double bed (rather than queen beds) if that is important. Nice kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed sitting out on deck. There was a slight smell to the house, but maybe that was just leftover by the guests before us.

Location was great and it was quiet except for the loud crashing noise that woke us up but the staff told us it was most likely a large racoons on the roof. We did not have any trash out. The house had a terrible oder like urine we could not get to go away but putting the old shaggy rugs out helped. We did not enjoy our stay but the location was great.

This worked out great for us and had everything we needed. The outdoor deck was very spacious. We would return again.

This place was great for us. Plenty of room, privacy, and deck was very spacious. Was equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals. We had friends staying down at the marina so walking distance was very convenient. Would stay again.

We loved the location! The outside space was nice but the furniture could have been cleaner to sit on. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom was spotless, but kitchen could have been cleaner and maybe update some of the utensils and dishes. Bedding was comfortable. There were two deer that would nap under the deck and greet us in the afternoon when we would return after a day of exploring. We would recommend the Tree House for the quiet location and quick access to Rosario Marina, Cascade Lake, Moran State park and Eastsound.

Highly recommend this place, a short walk away from absolutely beautiful views in Rosario.

Beautiful location with views, trails that are walkable from the house, bucks walking through the property, and games and movies for the end of the day.

Great location at Rosario Village. Perfect for marina activities, sunset, Moran State Park hikes and views. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Our family of 4 had a great stay! Washer and dryer a huge plus. Enough space for the 4 of us to have a very comfortable stay. Would love to go back!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It’s so close to Moran State park and all the lakes, which made going on adventures during the day very close. We had everything we needed for relaxing evenings after hiking and paddle boarding during the day.

The tree house is in a nice location but could use some cleanliness and basic upgrades. Supplies such as coffee, aluminum foil, plastic wrap and storage containers were lacking. Don't think we would book this location again. Island was wonderful.

This was an awesome location on east side of the island, east of the cute town of Eastsound. We could walk down the path towards Rosario resort and see the water and beautiful scenery. Moran State Park with amazing trails was a short 3-5 min drive.
