The second floor features the master bedroom with a King bed, and a guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds. Continue up the stairs to the crows nest for views of the Gulf over the tree tops, and a Twin bed, bringing the total number of guests this home sleeps to 11. The outdoor shower is a perfect spot to rinse off after returning from the beach, just a short walk away. Stroll over to Seaside Town Center anytime you want to take in the galleries, fine cuisine, live theater, variety of stores, or coffee shops! There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.  

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    The house was not exactly what we expected. I feel that the pictures on the website were from a few years ago. There is an empty overgrown lot beside the house and an abandoned looking house across the street. The house overall has not been updated. I should have noticed that in the pictures so that’s on me. However, the couch and chair covers might have been cleaned, but they looked stained. The floors and stairs look worn. The furniture overall throughout the house is more antique style and the layout in the houses common area what’s the different and I feel like did not adequately show the style furniture. My husband noticed that a few of the chairs to the dining table were not very sturdy. I found the outside “shower“ area towards the back of the house, but when I opened the door, it was all wood and looked moldy.

    This home was so adorable. Wonderful location for us and the kids. Very roomy and management company were wonderful to accommodate for anything. Definitely would come back to this place.

    This home is very convenient to beach and Seaside town area. The house was mostly clean and had a very homey atmosphere. There are a few maintenance issues that need attention. We would stay here again if these issues were taken care of. The area is so charming and made for a great vacation.

    This property is in a great location and neighborhood in the Seaside area. It has plenty of room for a large family or even 2 families. It is definitely unique and eccentric. Not your typical beach house. Lots of porches to sit on. I would recommend as long as you didn't mind the decorating style. I would stay there again just for the location and reasonable (comparitively) price.

    I have really thought about my stay at this property. As others have stated, the home is dated. We didn’t mind at all. It was in the absolute perfect location. Close to the square, but not too close to hear all the noise. The layout of the home really worked out great for our family and the family we traveled with. Excellent situation when traveling with teens. My constructive feedback would be that it’s not well equipped compared to other VBRO places I’ve stayed, so I was caught off guard on items not being on the property. Small things such as salt and pepper to zero beach towels/chairs and very minimum toilet paper, paper towels. So, prepare to absolutely bring or buy everything. Bottom line, amazing time and we’d book this property again. Thank you to the lovely homeowners on opening your wonderful home. P.S. loved seeing the picture of the homeowners daughter as SMU’s (my alma mater) homecoming queen!
