Fun in the sun with your own private heated pool! Kick back and relax on the back deck while you cook on the gas grill. Just a couple minutes' walk away from a beautiful association beach. Screened in porch is perfect for that morning cup of coffee or telling stories with the family. Downtown Union Pier is also just a short walk from your property.

The main floor has a spacious family room with big screen TV. For the cooler fall/winter weather, enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with eating nook for four. Also, a dining room area that seats six. Primary bedroom with king bed as well as en suite full bathroom. Laundry room and half bath also on first floor.
