We had an absolutely amazing stay at 30 on Grove. The view from the house words can not discribe. Uninterrupted views of the lake and The Remarkles is stunning, the good news is you get it from every room in the house. The house is as described 4 good sized rooms on the top floor 2 rooms with own ensuite bathrooms and 2 rooms share a bathroom. Two of the bathrooms had no shelf in the shower which we did find odd as you had no where to sit your soap other than on the ground. Down stairs had 2 lounge room areas with gas fire places and in the middle a beautiful kitchen that had all the essentials that was needed to cook up a feast. The property was a good 25min walk down hill into town which we found enjoyable as the views on the way down were fantastic but the walk up wss another storey.we did end up getting a bee card for the local bus service which would drop you off at the top of the hill and then it was just a short 5 min downhill walk back to the house and only cost $2. We would highly recommend this property for a stay in Queenstown and when we return we will be staying here again..

Absolutely breathtaking! This house has everything you could want/need and more. Offering spectacular views of the lake and mountains, located just on the skirts of town in pristine condition. All communication and information was clear and precise. We cant recommend this house, agency and country enough We look forward to returning soon, thank you for a wonderful trip.

Great house for a family get together - big enough to fit multi generations comfortably. Amazingly clean and obviously well looked after - we had a great time! Only thing to be aware of is the bedrooms get really hot if it is a warm sunny day - aircon would have been wonderful given temperatures were up to the high 20s during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, stunning views, beautiful home and quiet area. We were very happy with the facilities, well equipped kitchen and beds were comfortable. Great for our 2 families with separate bathrooms and bedrooms well placed. We stayed for 10 days and would have liked a linen change and essential top up. We felt the floor heating temperature was a little too warm for us.

The uninterruptable views of the lake and mountains from the living areas and all 4 bedrooms was absolutely beautiful. The Property Managers were easy to communicate with either via email or mobile and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. Where you could walk down to the town centre returning home may be a bit more challenger as it's all up hill. The cab fare was approx $30.

Great view, hard to beat. Very clinical feel with all the white, not necessarily bad. Main room with large couch has a mirror not a TV. Other one is fairly small but limited seating. Big surprise when we had someone living in the basement. Not mentioned in description. Made it very very awkward as we didn't know who they were. Also no fence to backyard, you can see in.
