Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The King Triton Suite on the first floor features a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite offers a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite is fitted with two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite has two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite provides a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a 55-inch smart TV. The Moana Suite rounds out the lineup with one queen bed, one full bed, and a 50-inch smart TV.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa sit at the heart of the outdoor space, available year-round with optional heating at an additional fee. A covered patio with sun loungers and outdoor furniture gives the group plenty of room to unwind, while the outdoor dining area and BBQ grill are ready for evenings al fresco. The private backyard adds extra space for the group to roam. Resort access is included for your entire stay, opening up an additional pool, gym, tennis, volleyball, and more just a short distance away.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for group cooking from day one. A refrigerator, mini fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher handle the essentials, and the space comes stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics including oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and baking sheet are all on hand, and barbecue utensils are ready for the grill. The dining table brings everyone together for meals inside, and breakfast is provided for your stay.

Entertainment & game room
The air-conditioned game room is the social hub of the house - pool table, arcade games, ping pong table, life size games, board games, and a smart TV all under one roof. Throughout the rest of the home you'll find multiple TVs with standard cable, a Bluetooth sound system, a game console, and exercise equipment. The themed rooms carry their own entertainment value, and younger guests will almost certainly have strong opinions about which one they want.

Family features
This home is genuinely built for families traveling with young children. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, baby safety gates, and babysitter recommendations are all provided. A children's playroom keeps little ones entertained indoors, and the outdoor playground gives them space to move outside.

Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival straightforward. The property includes a private entrance, lake access, and free on-site parking. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Pets are welcome, and long-term stays are available for groups needing an extended base in the Orlando Area.
