The house was clean and very spacious. Great views. Pool very nice and plenty of chairs, towels, etc.. We had 7 adults and a baby and had plenty of room. Stayed a week, enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again. Host was very nice.

This home had lots of space for our family of 7. There was plenty of room for all of us. We absolutely loved the outdoor space. We spent most of our time in the pool, fishing off the dock, eating outside, and just hanging out

Beautiful property. My family and I loved our stay. There were 7 of us, and the home was spacious enough to accommodate us. Access to the water was an enormous plus. We greatly enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks available on site. Close proximity to restaurants and stores was also convenient.

From the second we walked in we were amazed by the water views from everywhere in the house, we couldn’t ask for a better location. We never got tired of just sitting looking at the water. The house is very well kept and we couldn’t ask for anything more. We all needed to just relax while away and this was definitely the place. The owner responded immediately to any and all questions we had, everything you need is right there. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to everything or just to stay there and relax. We will definitely be planning a return trip in the near future!

The property location and amenities were better than some family members expected, while some of us have grown accustomed to nothing less from VRBO properties we've stayed in. From the pool, jacuzzi, and everything provided at the home, it was the best!

Property was a great location and convenient as grocery stores and shops were close. Our family really loved the view and access to the canal and paddle boards. The pool was also a hit. Spacious living room was great for winding down at night.

We were very happy to be able to use the water villa for 10 days. Such a wonderful experience! The villa is described and illustrated exactly as we have experienced it. Panoramic views around the house and a wonderful pool make you feel like in paradise. The residential area is very quiet and we really enjoyed the time! Rich was very friendly and helpful! Very quiet neighborhood, spacious layout plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out. Close to drive to restaurants, beaches, and other local attractions. Loved using the paddle boards and kayaks. Few issues that arose always had quick responses.

We (6 adults) stayed at the property in June for a birthday trip. We had a really great time and the place was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was dirty the whole time and after unfortunately after several texts and a phone call with the property manager, the pool was never cleaned during the duration of our 5 day stay. There was a skimmer so we could get some of the debris out ourselves but we had to swim around the large dirt gathered on the bottom our entire stay. The bedrooms and living area/kitchen are very spacious and the outside deck/lounge area was amazing. The paver patio around the pool is falling apart, so watch your step! We had more than a few stubbed toes during our stay. The front door handle is very finicky as well and two of the burners on the stove top don’t work well. But a grill is provided and was very useful during our stay. The location is great to be secluded during your trip but close enough for a five minute Uber to the restaurants/bars. We also walked back several times. We got a lot of use from the paddle boars provided as well. The place definitely could use some updates both inside and out, but overall we had a great time.

This house was amazing. The pool and paddle boards have built in activities for a group with slightly different schedules. The layout was open and made it feel like we could be in the same main area with cooking meals at the house. The check in was simple, and the property manager was prompt with information and communication. One of the best VRBO houses we have had with location and the actual house.

Wanted to find a place with a pool in Wilton Manors for my son’s wedding which was Memorial Day weekend. Previously living in the area, I know holiday weekends are crazy. I saw Waterview & immediately knew I wanted to stay there! The pictures show a great view, but the view was spectacular! The pool, hot tub & outside space was so comfortable & relaxing, that we spent as much time out there as possible. The home is located on a long cul de sac in a very peaceful neighborhood, but close to everything! The house was spacious & beautiful. The most well equipped home we’ve stayed in. I wish we had the time to paddle board or bike. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. Rich was very communicative. I highly recommend this home & will be back in the future. Thanks for a great stay!!!
