Stayed Dec 21, 2025The apartment was fantastic. Every appliance imaginable and three tv's. Best of all the view out the patio was incredible. Manatees everywhere and it was so calming. I hope to return soon.

Stayed Nov 22, 2025The view was not as advertised. The beds were too high; needed a step to get in. Furniture too big for lanai. Garbage disposal not working, and no instruction manual for the Keurig. The entrance door lock is not working properly.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025Was a Great stay the condo and the view was so pretty! The beds were very comfortable the condo was super clean , great pool and community the people there were so friendly. The beaches air anywhere is about 45 minutes away. Thank you Jeffery for the wonderful stay!

Stayed Sep 17, 2022Perfect location between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Many restaurants within 20 minutes of the Marina...Cass Cay is a must at the Marina. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Daily walks around Prosperity Point were prized with sightings of manatee and dolphin and jumping fish. Jeff is quick to respond with an answer to any question. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Stayed May 13, 2022Wonderful view from condo deck and bedrooms overlooking the marina! Very nicely furnished! The condo had everything we needed. Close to the pool and a short ride to restaurants. The owner/manager was quick to respond and gave great directions and suggestions. We will definitely stay there again!
