The house and location were perfect for our 4 person group. The house was clean with everything you need and the manager was responsive. We will be back.

First impressions are everything and when you enter the property it does not disappoint. The mountain/golf course views from the pool, spa, fire pit or large patio area are outstanding. Thanks to Dennis for sharing this wonderful property.

Place was great. Nice views. Nice rooms/beds. Pool/Spa was clean and nice. Had a hard time figuring out how to get it to warm up, but found the remote and it was great.

Great location for golf. Family friendly home

Our stay was a short family vacation to celebrate a 50th birthday with some relaxation, golf, good food and company. The home is an amazing property that is well-kept and has all the amenities you could ask for. The views from the backyard are a golfer's dream, but were also enjoyed by the non-golfers in the family. Overall, we had a good time. Here's the constructive criticism: The spa was not functioning. We spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get it functioning as we wanted to spend the evenings relaxing in the spa. This didn't happen. It was a very important feature of the home to us when we booked the stay. We were unable to get it working. We contacted the owner on the first day of identifying the problem. No response. Again, on the second day. No response. On the third day the owner finally responded and said he was traveling, which is why he didn't respond for two days. With availability via cell phones and being the only person identified to respond to issues with the property we thought this was a lame excuse. Moreover, he said he wasn't able to get someone to look at the spa until the 4th day, which was the day we were leaving. This was very disappointing. Someone should always be available when you rent your home. Also, move heaven and earth to address problems because families are paying a lot of money to create memories and should get the benefit of the features of the home they rented.

Four of us friends have been visiting the Palm Springs area for our annual summer vacation. Usually, we have had a great experience. Unfortunately, this summer’s experience was disappointing. The layout of the property was OK—3 bedrooms each with a bath in the main house and 1 bedroom with a bathroom in a separate unit (a casita). When we tried to contact the person in charge about some of the cons, he responded that he had not been to the property in many months and that an area of the house was going to be remodeled. We tried to contact him again and he never got back to us with regard to our concerns: 1) the main concern was that the air conditioner in the casita, except late in the evening would not go below low to mid 80’s which was very uncomfortable 2) The BBQ was not working which was disappointing as we enjoy grilling several times during our stay 3) there was no remote garage opener. Evidently the previous user accidently took it with them. 4)The ice maker was not working, though a bag of ice was left in the freezer. 5)The fan and main light in one of the bathrooms was not working. The overall cleanliness of the property was only fair. We hope these issues could be addressed for future guests.

This is our 3rd time we have stayed here. We love the house and the pool. Great location. Dennis is good to work with. The kitchen has everything you need. We will be back.

The house has everything that you'd need for the comforts of home and extra activities to keep friends and kid's entertained. If you stay in La Quinta this is the house!
