    PERFECT for a relaxing getaway. The location was amazing. It was ocean front with beautiful sunsets every evening. We’ve visited Oceanside multiple times & this is by far our favorite! Our frenchies loved it as well!

    The home had everything we needed the hot tub was well maintained the fire pit worked! Plenty of pots and pans the showers were fully stocked the only issue was explanation of the entrance there were 2 doors so better communication in regards to access and the parking garage code but they dispatched someone immediately offer more parking was convenient. The home was well worth the memories we created it was clean very well stocked beautiful view!

    We arrived with trash cans blocking entrance and the garbage smell was horrible. The house had no hot water. Blown fuse box. Poop in upstairs bathroom. No hot water until second day! The kitchen was not cleaned. The master bath still had leftover shampoo scum on the shelf. My husband had to fix a running toilet. No heat until my husband flipped the breakers the next day. The couches were so filthy we used beach towels to sit on. Microwave had food in it! The backyard was covered in debris, trash, and dog poop! We have previously rented this property and totally shocked at how bad of shape it was in. Someone did clean the windows on our last day…nice to see the view.

    Nice location, nice home. However, there was poor Wifi, the hot tub did not work, the garage parking was not available as advertised, the fire pit did not work, and worst part was no hot water. The rental company sent a tech to fix the hot tub, fire pit, and hot water early our second morning. The final morning, after agreeing to a late checkout, we had three separate cleaning crews stop by, one actually entered the house while we were eating breakfast, and though they were just doing their job it really killed an already poor stay……..

    My friends and I traveled all the way from the southeast and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Located within walking distance of place to hang out at. Being so close to the ocean was fantastic, and the sunset was unbelievable. East to check in and communication made everything a breeze.

    We loved this property's location. Just at the end of the strand, there is nothing between you and the sea but a rock wall. It is a 15 minute walk to the pier. The kitchen is well equipped, but it could use more plates so we didn't have to run the dishwasher so often. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. I
