Indoor dining seats six, with three additional seats at the kitchen bar. A picnic table near the pool provides outdoor dining for casual lake days.

A paver walkway leads down to a large covered dock with a full sofa, loveseat, and three paddleboards for guests to use. A water slide at the end of the dock leads directly into the lake.
