This was our second stay at this beautiful home with family and we had a fantastic stay !! The home is so tastefully designed, excellently maintained and functionally very thoughtful. The location with the mountain backdrop is incredible. Lee Ann, the host responds quickly and is very helpful. We can’t wait to visit again ! Thank you Lee Ann !!!

The property is spacious and well maintained. We got off to a rough start however because it wasn't ready at check in time and no communication of that was made. 45 minutes later we got in. Some essential supplies were missing from one house or the other- trash bags, washcloths, etc. but between the two houses we were able to find things we needed. Leeann responded quickly and the supply issues were resolved the next day. Listing says sleeps 24 but be aware you will be charged extra for more than 16. We had 18. Two were 2yo and slept in packnplays we brought. Still got the extra charge. Location is great.

The cabin is amazing and fully equipped for large families. The hosts thought of everything from games and activities for kids and quiet time for adults. The forest behind the house is beautiful and the property is perfect for winter and summer vacations!

This ia a beautiful property. Plenty of space with peace and quiet. Access to stores. The kids loved the game room. We were able to hike and just had a marvelous time.

The Host was easy to work with and the amenities were great.

The home was perfect for our large family, 8 adults and 9 grandchildren. The kitchen was well stocked with large cookware for us to use for making meals. The location was also perfect, the home backed up to a forest we didn’t feel like we were in the city at all. We visited the Grand Canyon, went to Sedona, then the meteor crater. The hosts were very responsive to my questions too! Thank you!

Rented this place for our multi family for our daughters wedding. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the seating outside with the beautiful views. Owners were quick to get back to us with our questions.

Very spacious for large families! The long outside and inside tables were perfect for family card games! Lots of room outdoors for kids to run around and enjoy the wilderness! Even though lots of pics are required at checkout, definitely understand the why.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our time there. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.We especially loved the large tables—both indoors and out on the deck—which were perfect for family meals and game nights. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room; it was tough to get them to come out!Check-in was simple and straightforward. The check-out process had a few more requirements than we expected, especially considering the 300 cleaning fee, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we tend to tidy up anyway.A quick note about the trail behind the house—it’s best suited for hiking, as it’s too rocky for biking. Still, the hikes were beautiful and enjoyable.

Adult sibling getaway and this property met all of our needs. Close to many National Parks and sites to share.

We had a fantastic stay here for our friend reunion. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly kid-friendly for our group of 7 children ages 2 to 10. The casita and game room were huge hits, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with and responsive throughout our stay.We had everything we needed to enjoy time together in the home and to go out on adventures in the local Flagstaff area. The checkout process is quite detailed, so set aside a little extra time for that. Still a 10/10 experience and we would absolutely love to stay again.

This property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of dining space (inside on outside) and plenty of conversation areas. We loved the game room too. The location was ideal for us. At the base of a mountain, in a cul de sac, within the city limits and yet private and secluded feeling. We appreciated all the parking space available.

Our family loved our time in Flagstaff. The house was a perfect gathering place with lots of space to spread out, rooms large enough to be together, and a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We can't recommend it more highly!

A very large, rustic home that nestles into the mountain. The Casita next to the home was very comfortable for grandma & Papa. The outside deck on the home was great for extra seating for meals plus playing games with the family! My only suggestion would be to frame in the trash cans so they are five feet apart when the trash men come to pick up, or label on the cans to be 5ft apart! As they won’t pick them up if they’re together and the owner has to pay 36.00 for them to come back out, and that fee is passed on to the guest! Sorry we overlooked that house rule Lee Ann! It has a great location!

We gathered six households from our extended family in this wonderful Flagstaff home near the base of Mt. Eldon. It had tremendous gathering spaces for adults and children. Our favorite times were evening meals on the deck. We also enjoyed hiking the trails straight out the back of this property. This home has great proximity to downtown Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Our host was tremendous to work with! We highly recommend this property for large group.

We enjoyed the house very much. It has the feel of a lodge and the location is outstanding, especially if you want to get out and hike in the National Forest or Mt Elden. All the amenities were good and we had no complaints. I do caution that there are a lot of steps. Several people in our group have some mobility challenges and negotiating all the steps required extra care and sometimes assistance.

Good for our large group and convenient to several activity locations in and around Flagstaff.

We stayed in this beautiful home for our daughter’s wedding at the Grand Canyon. It was perfect for our needs! It had plenty of room for our large group, and it never felt crowded with the flowing spaces. The outdoor space was great too! Had an issue with a shower head, and the homeowner took care of it within two hours. I highly recommend this beautiful place for any large gathering!!!

We had a great time as a family. The issues we had with the property were addressed promptly by the host. From the listing, we had assumed the property was more secluded instead of being in a neighborhood. We adjusted and made the best of it! We made some good memories.

The property was as advertised. Excellent location and desirable amenities. My only complaint would be the closing cleaning requests and picture requests from host that should be a part of the cleaning fee. Guests are on vacation and NOT be held to cleaning and putting away dishes, laundry, cleaning grills and providing proof thereof.

We had a great stay last week in Flagstaff. The house is huge so our 5 adults and 5 grandchildren had plenty of room,. They loved the downstairs bunk bed setup. We loved the matriarch casita as a great get away. The owner was very responsive on communications and even though there as no central heat the space heaters and fireplaces kept things warm.

We had a really good time, the house have plenty of space. The kids love the downstairs room.The kitchen have everything you need for cooking. Was fully equipment.

Great family place to stay. We definitely will rebook. Some things to know for other guests - bring your own shampoo conditioner soap. It is not provided (which is fine). Kitchen is VERY well stocked. Dont bring any of your own supplies. Make sure to read checkout process, it is very particular, which is understandable due to some people probably not respecting the home when leaving. Ice was in freezer but you may need more, there is not an ice machine. We were concerned about not having a central heater, however the heaters there made it more than warm enough.

Very nice and spacious house. We had a party of 19 and there was enough space for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It’s right behind the forest. We were able to go on a hike one of the days. The check out process was nice and easy.

We had a group of five couples and used the cabin as our basecamp for a Goal Setting Retreat. The large dining areas made great places for conversation, the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the kitchen was very well stocked with settings and cookware. Backing up to the

Had a great time with a large group in Flagstaff this Fall. Loved the ability to have everyone in one place while still providing privacy for individuals and couples.

This house is perfect for large gatherings. It has many amenities like a game room a large patio with three grills and a fully stocked kitchen. The house is located at the base of the mountain and when you look outside the windows you feel like you’re in a beautiful forest. however, within a mile or two there are fast food, restaurants, stores, and a movie theaters with easy access. The managers are very easier work with and will respond to your questions in a reasonable amount of time. Our grandkids loved hiking the trails and we even saw a beautiful buck come down for the day and visit. This was our second stay at this location and we will definitely make it a third!

This was our annual sibling trip. The house was fantastic! Plenty of space and close to everything!! Highly recommend this house.

This location backs up to the national forest and has trails right out the back yard. The driveway was huge and fit 11 cars. We had 18 people staying here and it fit us perfectly! I wish more windows and doors had screen doors but I imagine its a pain to keep them from getting ripped. The kitchen had everything we needed for family style meals and everything was labeled! We are excited to rent it again next summer! :-)
