Host was excellent and very responsive on questions. Place was very good.

Quiet but extremely musty, house was very hot seemed to take forever to cool down. Instructions were very faded and hard to read. Had to look for Instructions for everything. To many switches to turn lights on or ceiling fans to work. Main ceiling fan in living room didn't work, they did bring in small fans to move air.

A wonderful family get together. The house was very clean and had everything our extended family needed. joy was an exceptional host. Would highly recommend.

Our group consisted of 3 families of 5, with kids ranging from 6-13 years old. The house worked perfectly for us, as each set of parents had a bedroom with adjoining bathroom (we had one room that was open/unused on the other side of one bathroom), and the kids all had their own space. The double bunk bed room was perfect for the 7-9 year old's, the 11 year old boys loved the bedroom with the tunnel between the beds, and the princess room was a hit for the 7-10 year old girls. The princess room has a Jack and Jill bathroom that had a large bedroom on the other side, the 13 year old loved her space in that other bedroom and was able to share the bathroom with the other girls. The layout of the rooms worked so well for our group, especially the laundry!The kitchen was spacious w/ a huge fridge, pantry and lots of plates, cups, cutlery to accommodate 16. We commented many times that we never felt that there were 16 people in the house because the layout was so great. We used the games room, movie room, pool and patio area a ton! There is a side yard where the boys played catch every day. We walked through the gated community every morning to stretch our legs and everything was quiet and well maintained.The Clubhouse areas are a great addition/perk to the property. We went to both and everyone enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere of the spaces.The property was easy to get to, close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a fantastic trip & would recommend to others!

House is great for a large group and they were lighting fast with getting back to us when we needed them.

I stayed here with 11 of my family members of all ages and it was amazing. The only complaint i had was the pool was not heating as it sjould given the low temps but the host Joy was quick to respond and ensured our gorst few days of pool heating was refunsed. Could not rccoment nore

This house is an incredible find. Beautiful, super clean home, quiet cul-de-sac, gated community, close to Disney, private backyard, outstanding pool & hot tub, themed rooms, fun game room and movie theater, and a fantastic host, who was available to us throughout our stay. We would love to come back and stay here again!

We were a group of 16 with 9 toddlers and this house worked out well for us! The bedroom options were configured well and the kids moved the slide and movie theater!

Can't say enough good things about this property and owner! From the kid themed rooms to the well stocked house to the heated pool all was awesome! We were there during hurricane Milton and Joy was so attentive to make sure we were alright. We will be back! . All was

The house was kept really clean and had everything you could need to cook within the kitchen! Very close to the parks and must do attractions in Orlando but far enough away to be a quiet haven. Also enjoyed the onsite amenities

The house was entertaining for every age group. The adults actually took over the movie theater one night. The pool is fenced in well. There was more than enough space for us. The property owner was very attentive and personable. I’d recommend the property and consider staying again.

Amenities/ beds were not what I expected. My sons had to sleep on the floor because of the bed sizes.

The property was great. The family really enjoyed the stay. The only down fall was the upstairs ac stop working. But the property owner was awesome, she did everything she could to fix the problem. it took two days for the ac people to get there, I guess that isn't too bad, but we could not enjoy the upstairs for those days. The pool table and air hockey were a BIG hit. The property owner stayed in contact and available throughout our stay. Thank you for a great vacay !!

Upon arrival, the house was less than perfect for cleanliness. The baseboard looked as though they had never been cleaned, the floors were dirty, walls in the Bunkbed space and bathroom across from the Bunkbed room were dirty. The sheets in two rooms were unacceptable. The heat in the pool and hot tub also did not work. Upon calling the owner , she immediately took action and had cleaners at the house within an hour. They brought brand new sheets for both beds and cleaned what I had pointed out. They were very kind but did not speak English so I was fortunate that my father was there to translate. Because it was approximately 10:45 pm on Mother’s Day, I had them do the big tasks and had them leave. Before bed I notice another unacceptable stain on the comforter, so I slept without a blanket that night. The owner sent over a brand new comforter the following day. I very much appreciated that she took care of the cleaning matters the night of and the pool heat the following day but I lost my entire first nights stay. We also ended up leaving two days early because I was over our stay at the home. She refused to refund us the first night that we lost because of issues with the home or one of the days following our check out. Her refunding us the first night for all the trouble should have been standard procedure. Because of her refusal and our issues, we will not be staying here In the future.
