Beautiful location. The house is a little tired, but worked perfectly for my family. Sharp edge on casita threshold - when 2 year old fell on it required 4 stitches in the little guys hand.

Absolutely love this property. Was beyond beautiful. Was even more impressive than the pictures showed. Tons of room, beautiful yard and incredible pool. Would highly suggest this property to anyone looking to really enjoy the north Scottsdale experience.

The house was everything that we saw in pictures and much more. Starting off...the views were amazing. Even after staying there for a week, we were still in awe. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and we made most meals at the house. We had 6 kids under the age 8 and they all had a blast with the basketball hoop and pool. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable for everyone as well. The hosts answered all of our questions and responded immediately on the couple of occassions that we reached out to them with minor questions. We look forward to staying here again for our next trip to Arizona.

Everything was great except for a few small issues. 1. The AC cannot be set under 72 and it did not feel like it was fully blowing into the two bedrooms at end of hallway near garage. Those rooms felt like 76+ and needed multiple box fans (which are provided throughout bedrooms in the house) to be slept in. The rest of the house felt fine. 2. There was a slight smell (like a clogged p-trap?) that would be present for an hour or so after we returned from golfing but it would eventually fade away. We could not figure out where it was coming from or what caused it, though it seemed to be worse near the laundry room or bedroom across from it. Beyond those things, the place was fantastic. The pool gets very deep very quickly so bring flotation devices!

We were a group of 14 people (family and friends). The house had many usable spaces for us to gather and enjoy (inside and outside). We had a fantastic experience staying in this house for a week. Owner was also responsive to questions we had prior to arrival and during our stay. Quiet and safe area to enjoy early morning walks.
