Stayed May 9, 2025We were in town for graduation. The apartment was close to campus and very nice. There is a nice amount of room on the first floor and it comes with garage parking. We had a few issues but JoAnn was great to work with to get those resolved.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024We stayed here for new student orientation. We loved exploring Fayetteville and the campus, and it was wonderful to come home to a lovely and comfortable place. We slept soundly every night and enjoyed our time here thoroughly. Will definitely be back!

Stayed May 9, 2024The property is super nice and cozy. A lot of thoughtful touches. Comfy beds and good towels! There are several sets of stairs (the bedrooms are on the third floor) so make sure to consider that when deciding if this is a good place for everyone in your party. Would stay there again for sure!
