There is a small library of childrens books and games along with a dedicated desk and work area. This level also has two guest bedrooms with en-suite baths for each.  One bedroom consists of bunk beds that are a queen bed on bottom and twin bed on top. There is a smart tv in this room and the en-suite bath has a walk in shower. The bedroom on the other side of the loft living area has a queen bed, smart tv, and the en-suite bath has a shower/tub combo. 

Downstairs on the garage level there is 4th bedroom with queen bed, living area with pull out sleeper sofa, full kitchen and access to the outside patios.  The sauna is also on this level to soothe those tired muscles after a long day of skiing, hiking, or managing a fly rod.  Speaking of fishing, just step outside to utilize what may be the best part of this wonderful home, the outdoor spaces!  The covered porches that wrap around the home have a comfy sitting area with gas fire pit, a covered and enclosed grilling area, and flagstone patios leading to an outdoor fire pit with views of the Slate River below. Just a short walk down the flagstone staircase to the river and you will find another world surrounded by beautiful trees and the sound of a Colorado river running with trout!
